A 22-year-old Democrat from Meidas Touch compared Trump to Hamas, since both were democratically elected. “Public” radio is an ever-swirling cesspool of these wild-eyed authoritarian-conspiracy theories, that Trump is like Hitler or Stalin. They’re not Q-Anon – Q-Anon doesn’t have 1,000 NPR stations that were until very recently taxpayer-funded.

Now that Trump is in his second term, a few rare voices have floated the novel concept that to combat cratering trust in media, there should be attempts at balance. NPR preferred the ravings of ex-CNN reporter Oliver Darcy, who is smearing the current press corps as a pro-Trump horror movie.

It’s entirely predictable, even inevitable, that public broadcasting would favor socialism in all its programming. But it’s a little more surprising when it openly touts The Communist Manifesto. The NPR-distributed show On The Media celebrated the "stalwart text" with a British author who thinks resistant conservatives are the best argument for communism.

National Public Radio has a serious, red-hot loathing of Fox News. The latest demonstration was the February 5 episode of the very tilted weekly show On The Media, produced by WNYC-FM in New York and airing on more than 400 public radio stations across America. The episode was boldly titled “Slaying the Fox Monster.”
