On Thursday, CBS This Morning did its best to cast doubt on Jeb Bush’s presidential prospects by playing up his family ties while ignoring the potential roadblocks facing Hillary Clinton  if she decides to run for president in 2016.

In their Wednesday night coverage of President Obama’s speech on “violent extremism,” CBS and NBC did the best they could to ignore the criticism surrounding the President’s speech in addition to his conscious and repeated inability to refer to the beliefs of terrorist groups such as ISIS and al-Qaeda as Islamic extremism.

On Wednesday’s Today, NBC offered up yet another sympathetic report for the Obama administration following Federal Judge Andrew Hanen’s decision to block implementation of President Obama’s controversial executive action on immigration. 

Obamacare has increased the tax burden on taxpayers and companies, a fact ignored in recent broadcast news reports. Obamacare created or hiked at least 13 taxes, Forbes reported February 17. Forbes contributor and tax lawyer Robert Wood said that for the average American, “it’s easy to be overwhelmed” by all the new taxes and forms that come with Obamacare.
