Immigration is shaping up to be the hit-button issue of this midterm election. One drawback, though, is that these types of stories require a steady flow of victims in order to keep the issue in front of the public. With the unrest in Minnesota off the news, CBS News thinks they may have struck gold.

Turns out even a broken clock can get it right twice a day. The New York Times just plastered their front-page with an exposé connecting the sadistic Jeffrey Epstein empire with the politically radioactive Clintons.

I cannot recall any Super Bowl halftime show ever needing a next-day explainer, but CBS News apparently thinks you need one after the Bad Bunny spectacle during Super Bowl LX. And, as fate would have it, CBS’s self-styled “Bad Bunny correspondent”, Lilia Luciano, handled the segment which quickly descended into outright propaganda.

Evening news coverage of the continuing unrest in Minnesota focused nearly exclusively on the death of Alex Pretti and subsequent fallout, including personnel changes as far as who is in charge of immigration enforcement operations. But two out of the three major broadcast networks neglected to cover the destruction of the lobby of a hotel suspected of harboring government personnel.

Friday’s lead morning and evening network newscasts were no different from the Thursday shows in smearing ICE and their handling of an incident with a five-year-old boy, expressing horror over the “disturbing,” “haunting,” “powerful,” and “upsetting” images and narrative (concocted by a slew of AWFLs that seem to run the school district the child was attending). On Thursday night and Friday morning, the broadcast networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC welcomed former special counsel Jack Smith like a conquering hero as he sat for a “fiery” and “tense” hearing, but had “no regrets” and “never wavered” in wanting to protect “the rule of law” from Donald Trump and Republicans wanting to level a “threat of retribution.”

It is evident, with a Republican administration in power and immigration enforcement in the news, that the Elitist Media have developed a sudden interest in the plight of migrant children. This stands in stark contrast to the realities of the four years preceding. 

The leftists on social media have hilariously caricatured CBS News under new Editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss as “CBS Newsmax,” like it’s lurched dramatically to the right. But if you’re monitoring CBS in real life, there’s plenty of evidence that “classic CBS” is still operating. In recent days, CBS has proven to be worse than ABC and NBC in its tilt to the left.

The broadcast network newscasts, having devoted the bare minimum amount of time to the Minneapolis church incursion that resulted in massive civil rights violations, now devoted the bare minimum to the arrests of three of the protesters. And in the case of ABC World News Tonight, the story was completely neglected.

This week, there was another cascade of sophomoric hit pieces against CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss and CBS Evening News anchor Tony Dokoupil for publicly expressing the need for CBS to regain the trust of more Americans.
