It didn’t take long after the start of 2019 for the people who produce the daily crossword puzzle for the New York Times to be accused of including a slur that led the editor to apologize for an edition that was described as “simply not acceptable.” This isn’t the first time the liberal newspaper has been accused of “not having a clue” when it comes to political correctness in their puzzles.

The Seattle Times reports a staffer at local Fox affiliate Q13 has been fired after the station aired a doctored (and insulting)video of President Donald Trump’s primetime speech from the Oval Office on Tuesday. If there’s one thing liberal media love, it’s the idea of raising taxes on the rich. It’s something they have in common with freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. As a self-identifying Democratic-Socialist, Ocasio-Cortez has plenty of expensive ideas for the government, including a Green New Deal she suggested paying for with much higher taxes on the wealthiest.

Discrimination is always an important talking point for the left. Unless it involves Catholics and other Christians -- then, no so much. It’s so rare that a member of the media actually confronts Democrats on anything, that it's worth noting when they do. That happened on Thursday's Morning Joe on MSNBC, when anchor Willie Geist asked Democrat guest how his party could call something “immoral” that they voted for back in 2006.

Since the government shutdown began in late December, the media have made sure to repeatedly lay the blame solely on President Trump and Republicans in Congress. Not only did the press refuse to place any responsibility for the budget impasse on congressional Democrats, but reporters actually touted the notion that liberal lawmakers had “no incentive” to compromise.
