NYT: Delaying Supreme Court Confirmation is Racist
Senate Republican plans to delay Barack Obama getting another justice on the Supreme Court could be driven by only one thing -- racism! Well at least that’s what the New York Times’ Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Martin implied, when they collected a bunch of quotes from angry Obama supporters for a front-page February 18 story headlined: “Blacks See Bias in Delay on a Scalia Successor.”

Halperin Scoffs at Scarborough Notion It's 2nd-or-Die for Rubio in SC
Talk about setting someone up to fail . . . Heading into a contest, politicians traditionally like to lower expectations. But Joe Scarborough has raised expectations for Marco Rubio almost to the roof. Feel the Bern: 'Scandal' Propagandizes for Free College
Free college tuition is the big cause célèbre on the left these days, with Democrat presidential candidate Bernie Sanders getting a lot of support on the issue from people who don't understand that "free college" costs at least $70 billion. So, of course, ABC’s Scandal has to get in on the action to push it just like it has promoted gun control, Black Lives Matter, and Planned Parenthood funding…

You will LOVE Rob Lowe's Christian Response to a Man in Crisis
NBC's new show about the end of the world, You, Me and the Apocalypse, is a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to morality. In reality, much of the questionable material wouldn't be Earth shattering (pun intended) were the show on at a later time. But let's give credit where it is due first.

Shock: MSNBC Allows Sanders Backer to Corner Hillary on Paid Speeches
While there were plenty of questions from the far left at Thursday’s Clinton-Sanders Town Hall on MSNBC, there were a few that snuck through that pushed both candidates with two such exchanges involving Hillary Clinton being cornered in relation to polls about her honesty and trustworthiness and releasing transcripts of her speaking fees to Wall Street firms.

Senate GOP Is Right to Hold Off On Confirming a Replacement for Scalia
Few people in modern history have fulfilled their oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution" more than the late Justice Antonin Scalia. He was so well respected that the Senate voted 98-0 in 1986 to confirm him. These days it would be difficult to get a unanimous vote in support of Mother's Day.

Matthews Gives Reid Platform to Bash GOP Senate Over SCOTUS Nomination
Chris Matthews gave guest Harry Reid (D-Nevada) a softball interview tonight wherein the Senate Minority :eader blamed Republicans on a lack of comity in the world's greatest deliberative body and insisted Democrats had always opposed extreme delay-and-deny tactics for presidential judicial nominations. Although this is patently false, Matthews didn't challege his assertions.

Professor: Republicans Rejoice in Their ‘Culture of Stupidity’
A famous T-shirt of the early 1990s featured Bart Simpson’s message that he was an underachiever “and proud of it, man!” Such shirts would be fitting garb for the many Republicans who squander their intellects for ideological reasons, implied NYU public-policy professor Mark Kleiman in a Wednesday Washington Monthly blog post.
“I doubt that Republican office-holders or voters have, on average,…

In part…

NY Times Plays SCOTUS Fight Race Card Against GOP on Front Page
Leave it to the New York Times to turn a garden-variety partisan battle over the Supreme Court into a racial issue favoring the Democrats against Republicans: Thursday’s front page featured “Blacks See Bias in Delay on a Scalia Successor.” Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Martin, reporting from South Carolina, interviewed blacks suspicious of the GOP, given the party’s allegedly unprecedented…

Plouffe Worries MSM Will 'Aid and Abet' Rubio vs. Hillary
Aid and Abet: "to assist another in the commission of a crime by words or conduct." Yup, in the mind of Dems, it's nothing short of a crime for the MSM to do anything but get behind whichever presidential candidate has a 'D' after her name.
Witness former Obama campaign manager David Plouffe--now a Hillary endorser--on today's With All Due Respect. He told John Heilemann that if Marco Rubio were…
