On the April 25 episode of TBS’ Full Frontal With Samantha Bee, the crass liberal comedienne continued her familiar routine of bashing conservatives with vulgar language and gross sexual jokes. Talking about the supposed conservative “backlash” for Harriet Tubman replacing Andrew Jackson on the twenty-dollar bill, Bee fumed: “He was not a founding father, he was a genocidal prick!”

TBS’s new comedy, The Detour, swerved into the Spanish Empire’s colonization of Mexico on Monday night’s episode, titled ‘The Restaurant.’ After much debate, the road-tripping family of modern-day progressives, led by father Nate (Jason Jones) and mother Robin (Natalie Zea), decide to pull over and feast at a culturally insensitive theme restaurant called ‘Conquistadors.’

Reviewing the premiere of liberal CNN comedian W. Kamau Bell’s new show United Shades of America in Monday’s Washington Post, critic Stephanie Merry gushed over Bell’s consistent behavior as “[a] teddy bear of a guy” who’s “relentlessly easygoing” with the first episode being dedicated to hanging out with the Ku Klux Klan (since, of course, they’re supposedly “the core” of the Republican Party).

According to an actual participant in Good Morning America’s town hall with Ted Cruz last week, the participants were selected based on an apparent dislike of the conservative Republican. In contrast to the fawning town hall with Hillary Clinton, Cruz faced mostly hostile, tough questions.
