On Monday, Brandon Gillespie at FoxNews.com reported on The Washington Post fretting that White House willingness to appease West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin by not increasing spending quite as much – but still spend trillions – was somehow the equivalent of making “grueling cuts.” Of course this is about legislation that hasn’t even passed yet.

United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley pressured a Washington Post "Wonkblog" reporter into deleting tweets that wrongly quoted her in response to the U.N. claims about "extreme poverty" in America. Stein wrote a story cheekly claiming that Team Trump was claiming victory in the "war on poverty."

The Washington Post played up Barack Obama’s war-on-terror credentials at the top of Friday’s front page. (Or to use Team Obama lingo, their war on "man-caused disasters.")
