In a Thursday afternoon that felt like a trip back to life before the coronavirus pandemic, CNN and MSNBC were not only apoplectic over the Department of Justice dropping its case against retired General Michael Flynn, but despondent over the “demoralizing,” “destructive,” “nuts,” and “terrifying” “injustice” that signaled “the collapse of the Justice Department” and “the rule of law.”

Former Obama bureaucrat and current CNN anchor Jim Sciutto was scuttling back to his Russiagate conspiracy-theorizing on Monday. It took deceptively editing some of Trump's press conferences to make the case Trump and Putin are back to being pals, and so the 2020 election is again in danger of being mangled by the Russians.  

Susan Glasser of The New Yorker joined CNN Newsroom co-hosts Poppy Harlow and Jim Sciutto on Monday to talk about Russian election interference and in the process spread some fake news about National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien.  

During a press conference in New Delhi amid his India trip on Tuesday, President Trump had another run-in with CNN’s favorite liberal resistance reporter Jim Acosta. After the biased reporter hurled typically slanted questions, the President told him that he “ought to be ashamed” of having “the worst record in the history of broadcasting.”

“Democratic socialist” and commie sympathizer Sen. Benie Sanders’ lead over the other Democratic 2020 nominees should terrify anyone who’s read a history book. While hyping reports that President Trump fired his acting Director of National Intelligence over concerns that the intelligence community was too focused on allegations of Russian interference in the upcoming election, on her Friday morning show, MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle claimed that Trump should want to “have a clean win” in 2020 after the “asterisk” in the 2016 election.
