After every mass shooting, well-meaning but empty-headed celebrities come out in droves to hold up signs with hashtags and lend their voices to anti-gun political ads. This week was no different in the wake of last week’s two tragic shootings. A new ad released today by Michael Bloomberg’s group, Everytown USA For Gun Safety, added a few new faces to the usual gamut of gun-grabbers. 

Liberals must be so disappointed with the much-hyped “gun control” episode of South Park. There was a big build up that the show’s season 19 finale, “PC Principal Final Justice,” would see every South Park citizen arm themselves and lead to an explosive conclusion, but that never happened, much to their chagrin.

In what certainly won’t be the latest case of irony in the liberal media, Tuesday’s CBS Evening News immediately pivoted from a full report on surging gun sales in the United States following mass shootings to a piece prominently touting Australia’s massive gun control and confiscation initiatives carried out in the 1990's.

Cooke called out the hypocrisy of the New York Times, as he posted a contrast, a Times flip-flop: a 2014 Editorial Board write-up on how the “Terror Watch Lists Run Amok” and a 2015 Editorial Board write-up on why Republicans are showing “Tough Talk and a Cowardly Vote on Terrorism” by refusing to let the terror watch lists run amok.

Near the back of The Washington Post tabloid Express on Monday, the publication used a commenter from a Huffington Post article to slam conservative radio host Erick Erickson’s decision to fire bullets into a copy of the front-page New York Times gun control editorial from Saturday and questioned Erickson’s competence to own a gun.
