In the recent aftermath of the trial in which former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor was convicted of killing an unarmed white woman, Justine Damond, after she called 9-1-1 in July 2017 to report a possible crime, CNN showed its double standard in attention given to alleged police misconduct based on the race of the victim.

In a couple of reports that aired on Tuesday, CNN repeated claims that a woman who was shot and killed by a Texas police officer was pregnant, but, unlike the three broadcast networks, CNN never got around to informing viewers that an autopsy revealed that the woman was lying to the police officer about being pregnant as she resisted arrest.

Despite admitting the move had the support of “three dozen generals and admirals”, NBC Nightly News seemed peeved that President Trump pardoned Michael Behenna, a former U.S. soldier convicted of unlawfully killing a terrorist in a combat zone. A CNN New Day panel painted Kamala Harris as the loser in last night's CNN town halls. Three CNN journalists criticized her for not offering "something bold," instead using the "let's have a conversation about that" dodge.
