On Wednesday, NBC’s Today and CBS This Morning jumped on a former Hillary Clinton campaign official blasting the FBI investigation into her e-mail scandal as an “intrusion into the election” that was “utterly unjustified” and touted Bill Clinton blaming the “bogus e-mails” for her loss.

It’s rare to see someone in Hollywood go after their own kind, but one comedian is unafraid to do just that. This week, Saturday Night Live alumnus Rob Schneider took to his Twitter account to troll Democrats for blaming everything but Hillary Clinton on her election loss. As if the New York Times didn’t already issue enough corrections, they did it again Wednesday. After publishing a long-winded rant in Tuesday’s paper calling for the Electoral College system to be abolished, the editorial board was forced to apologize for making inaccurate claims about the paper’s historical stance on the Electoral College.

In Tuesday’s season two finale of Fox’s Scream Queens, titled “Drain the Swamp,” two random political references are tossed into the story. Perhaps that should have been expected, given the title of the episode – one of Trump’s campaign slogans, and the show’s history of political name-dropping.
