On Monday, CBS This Morning brought on Anita Dunn, former White House Communications Director for Barack Obama, to promote Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign as well as Democratic rivals Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders. 

This week, ABC's David Muir interviews Hillary Clinton, serving up hardball questions such as, "Is your mother's voice in your ear?" At the same time, network journalists insist there's no news in Hillary's e-mail scandal, while a CNN pundit smears Dick Cheney as a "political sociopath."

TBS’s Conan commissioned a song on behalf of Rhode Island’s leading candidate for President, Democrat Lincoln Chafee. FNC’s Special Report with Bret Baier made a clip of that parody song, “Let’s Get Lincoln Chafee to One Percent!” its end of show kicker this past Monday night where fill-in host Shannon Bream facetiously pleaded: “One percent. You want a man to have a fighting chance.”

It took nearly seven years, but at long last it's finally been heard -- praise for Sarah Palin on MSNBC. Veteran journalist Jeff Greenfield joined host Lawrence O’Donnell on Thursday’s edition of MSNBC’s The Last Word for some old-fashioned liberal punditry and expressed hope that the growing support for socialist presidential candidate Bernie Sanders could signal the “healthy” birth of “a socialist wing of the Democratic Party...that Europeans would recognize as a left wing.”
