Family Guy is many things. It is reliably liberal, it is reliably depraved, and it is hilarious. However, one thing it is not is above poking fun at liberals, while pointing out salient truths.

Karl Marx made an appearance on Sunday night’s edition of CBS’s Madam Secretary, titled ‘Right of the Boom.’ And not just in the sense that Madam Secretary believes in the aggressive use of government force and power with little to no regard for human history, or the life lessons that it offers.

HBO's new series Vinyl is custom-made for those who enjoy Empire but want more drugs, nudity, profanity, and white people. It takes place in the 70's and chronicles the rise and fall of Richie Finestra (phenomenally acted by Bobby Connavale), a fictional record label owner looking for the next Led Zeppelin. Executive producer Mick Jaggar delivers wonderful sounds and the show is very raw but…

Another disgusting installment of Fox's adult-only cartoon, Bordertown continues its onslaught on conservative values. For all the hype about Fox News being “fair and balanced,” their sister broadcast network’s choice in cartoons is anything but. In fact, this show seems to go out of its way to be openly offensive to all things conservative, including marriage.

What’s with shows actually portraying Christians in a positive light this week? After You, Me and the Apocalypse had a Catholic priest beautifully minister to a man in need, Last Man Standing had a nice message about Jesus’s love.

Major magazines and newspapers continue to sing the praises of gender-inclusive bathrooms, going so far as to call confused commodes  a “civil rights issue” even after a cisgender man invaded a women’s locker room last week. A Seattle man undressed in a women’s locker Feb. 8 at Evans Pool of Seattle Parks and Recreation, USA TODAY reported.

Free college tuition is the big cause célèbre on the left these days, with Democrat presidential candidate Bernie Sanders getting a lot of support on the issue from people who don't understand that "free college" costs at least $70 billion. So, of course, ABC’s Scandal has to get in on the action to push it just like it has promoted gun control, Black Lives Matter, and Planned Parenthood funding…

NBC's new show about the end of the world, You, Me and the Apocalypse, is a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to morality. In reality, much of the questionable material wouldn't be Earth shattering (pun intended) were the show on at a later time. But let's give credit where it is due first.

Mom – the CBS series devoted to tales of addiction and recovery told with an attempt at humor – deals with an unexpected death by drug overdose in “Diabetic Lesbians and a Blushing Bride.” The story ended in a Public Service Announcement (PSA) featuring the stars of the show and the U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek H. Murthy.

“Killin’ it” should never be a joke – at least not an abortion joke. A “Madeleine Roe” recently wrote out “20 Tips for Your First Abortion” for literary magazine Paper Darts. From comparing the cost of a Beyoncé concert to an abortion to joking about “killin’ it,” many of the tips were crass and crude – as well as heartbreakingly sad.

Well, it ain’t “Macaca,” or a racist rock in the Texas wilderness, but you can’t say The Washington Post isn’t trying. Instead of George Allen or Rick Perry, the target is Jeb Bush.

The holes in the vetting system for Syrian refugees are not a popular topic in the Huffington Post or on former Daily Show correspondent Samantha Bee’s new show. The Huffington Post linked to Upworthy’s article about the second episode of Full Frontal with Samantha Bee Monday in which Bee showcased her trip to Jordan where she interviewed Syrian refugees.

Mic.com’s Zak Cheney-Rice rolled his eyes at frustration from parents whose kids were shown a racially charged cartoon meant to show the unfairness of white privilege. Kids at Glen Allen High School in Glen Allen, Virginia this month were shown “The Unequal Opportunity Race” in honor of Black History Month.

It's pretty safe to say the best scene of “Two Chainz,” the season three premiere of Broad City, was where Ben Affleck looked really serious. No wait, that was a Batman v Superman commercial.  I guess if you are Comedy Central and your biggest hit is a cartoon where rape is funny because it is being done to a Republican (South Park), your standards are obviously not very high.
