‘Bigot’ JK Rowling Funds Women-Only Rape Help Center Libs Say ‘Excludes Trans People’

Inspired by her own account of having been sexually assaulted, Harry Potter author JK Rowling has launched a charity called "Biera’s Place"  in Edinburgh, Scotland to help female rape victims.

"As a survivor of sexual assault myself, I know how important it is that survivors have the option of women-centred and women-delivered care at such a vulnerable time,” she said, according to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

Women can go to the center, free of charge, to receive confidential care personalized to their needs.

Now, you’d think that everyone would agree that a center dedicated to helping victims of sexual assault would be celebrated by everyone, but leave it to the left to cause a ruckus.

Rowling, who has publicly stated her beliefs that trans women are not women, immediately received pushback against her rape help center for excluding biological men who believe they're women, thanks to leftists who still like to paint good things as bad.

Rowling has been under controversy in the recent years after she was deemed a "TERF" (trans-exclusionary radical feminist) by cancel vultures of the left, simply because she is a feminist who agrees that transgender women are not women. Two months ago, Rowling protested against the Gender Recognition Reform Bill which would enable trans people to receive gender surgeries without a medical diagnosis of gender dysphoria. Essentially the bill would allow anyone to walk into a doctor's office and ask for their genitals to be butchered on a whim.

Anyone in their right mind would disapprove of such a wack bill, but the left seems to hate Rowling and anything good she does.

In result of her recent funding of Biera’s Place, numerous outlets and users called her out for not considering transgender women.

“Beira’s Place is a women-only service,” the facility told PinkNews. “Section 212 of the Equality Act 2010 defines a woman as a ‘female of any age’ and Beira’s Place services are for women aged 16 and over. The service is offered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, which permits the provision of single sex services and a single sex staffing policy in various situations where there’s a good reason for them.”

PinkNews’ response was that the services “exclude trans women” and LGBTQ Nation gave the same conclusion.

One user called Rowling a “bigot” for not allowing women to serve or be served at the center. Another said it’s the “most f**ked up thing she’s ever done.”

Rowling simply wants women to feel safe at Biera’s Place. If women are seeking refuge from abusive men, there shouldn’t be biological men in said safe spaces.

The left is notorious for making a mountain out of a molehill. Rowling has an interest in helping women who are suffering. Leave her alone.
