Singer Sia will openly champion abortion at a Cleveland concert next month. The free event calls for “women’s empowerment” – at the cost of human life.

Among others, Sia will sing in support of abortion at the Wolstein Center on Sept. 10. Hosted by Comedy Central’s Jessica Williams, the concert also boasts Latin singer Natalia Lafourcade and comedian Leslie Jones (Ghostbusters, Saturday Night Live).

The singer tweeted the news to her millions of fans:

The event is sponsored by an “All Access” coalition committed to “defending our access to abortion and celebrate women’s empowerment.”

“All Access is such an inclusive group that I’m proud to be a part of this,” Sia said of the event. “We all need to stand together and be a part of creating the future we hope to see. There is so much support out there for an inclusive, equitable society that it’s time we showed our collective power.”

The coalition plans to unite celebrities to “share their stories about why access to abortion strengthens women, families and ultimately the country.”

The coalition includes the following organizations:

ACLU

Advocates for Youth

All* Above All

Center for Reproductive Rights

NARAL Pro-Choice America Foundation

National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum

In Our Own Voice: National Black Women's Reproductive Justice Agenda

National Council of Jewish Women

National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health

National Network of Abortion Funds

Planned Parenthood Federation of America

URGE: Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity

SisterSong

Whole Woman's Health

Besides Cleveland, the coalition will host 30-plus similar concerts in locations including Atlanta, Chicago, Miami and Philadelphia.

On its new website, the coalition has already begun sharing “positive” abortion stories, like that of Shawanna:

The abortion industry has long boasted celebrity supporters, including Scarlett Johansson, Connie Britton, Natasha Leggero and Martha Plimpton.
