If a member of the elitist media were to venture outside of their liberal bubble and talk to an average voter on the street about impeachment, the results would prove shocking to them. The fact of the matter is the majority of the country is against impeaching President Trump. Unsurprisingly, this has not deterred the press from shoving the impeachment motif down the throats of millions of Americans for months on end, as Fox News host Jesse Watters remarked on The Five Monday night.
Everyone appreciates when a meddling celebrity with little understanding of governmental operations tells members of Congress how to do their jobs, sarcasm intended. This rings especially true when the member of Congress they are criticizing is a Republican. Nevertheless, Jon Stewart continued his endless attacks on Mitch McConnell during a guest appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert Monday night.
The results of a recent research poll signify the astonishing resentment the American people have toward the press. According to the study, the vast majority of the country distrusts the liberal media. Talking heads at CNN and MSNBC dedicate their livelihoods to lambasting the duly elected President, yet they are puzzled as to why the population holds them in low standing.
Bill Maher satisfied his starvation for the limelight on Friday night’s Real Time by fixating the audience on his obsessive disdain for President Trump and the Republican Party as a whole.
From its inception, the Russian collusion lie hammered by the media came across as blatantly insulting, fake news to the vast majority of the country. Rather than owning up to their mistakes or showing any glimmer of remorse once the Mueller Report confirmed there was no sufficient evidence to support the claim of collusion, the press doubled down on their narrative. On Thursday, Late Night host Seth Meyers was among those continuing to suffer from collusion delusion.
Steven Colbert continued his streak Wednesday night of becoming the paramount late night host for Democratic primary candidates to speak with on the campaign trail press tour. Kirsten Gillibrand as well as Kamala Harris were given the royal treatment during their appearances on The Late Show, so it only makes sense the courtesy would be extended to Beto O’Rourke during his appearance on the show Wednesday night.
Liberal journalists are determined not to give Donald Trump a win on anything. And that includes his win in achieving a deal with Mexico to curb illegal immigration. This proved too stressful for the media to handle, thus they resorted to their favorite hobby of criticizing the President in any form possible.
Once the DNC announced it would not permit Fox News to moderate any debates for the 2020 Democratic primary, it was obvious liberal media bias would be on full display during the campaign. As of recently, it was decided not only will MSNBC be hosting the first debate, but Rachel Maddow will be one of the moderators. On Tuesday, Maddow appeared on Late Night with Seth Myers, aired early Wednesday morning, to weigh in with her thoughts on the upcoming debate.
When one can characterize the protective “heartbeat” laws being passed to reinstate the sanctity of life throughout the country as “restrictive” and “terrifying," it is clear society has a grave morality issue. The widespread panic among liberals and their talking heads in the media over the movement to validate the rights of unborn children in the womb is palpable. Rachel Maddow and host Seth Meyers proved Tuesday night on The Late Show to be participants in the hysteria.
There is nothing quite like a lefty late-night host lecturing the country on issues they are far removed from and completely ignorant about. This did not deter Trevor Noah from criticizing President Trump for his handling of the immigration issue on Monday night’s The Daily Show.
Rest assured, another left-leaning late night host and a liberal celebrity have weighed in on which Democrat is best to beat Donald Trump. During an appearance on The Late Show With Steven Colbert Monday night, Samuel L. Jackson and Colbert engaged in speculation over who will lead the Democratic Party ticket in 2020.
Every once in a while, or nowadays at least once per week, a person will see a monologue from a far-left late night host and cringe at its vitriol . Bill Maher provided such a moment on Friday night’s episode of Real Time with an explicit rant against President Trump and his trip to Great Britain.
In 2016, the pink hat seen around the world was used by feminists as a symbol of “resistance” to protest the inauguration of the duly elected President Trump. Now, the latest virtue-signaling garb of the feminist movement is a red robe and white hat derived from the popular show, The Handmaid’s Tale. It is difficult to miss the slew of pro-abortion activists donning the trendy ensemble outside of the Supreme Court and state legislatures around the country. Members of the media elite zealously jump at the opportunity to give airtime to the outfit, including late night host Stephen Colbert.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Kellyanne Conway, and Betsey DeVos are some of the most prominent names in the Trump administration. Cue the predictable gasp among liberals in the press, but all of the individuals listed above share the distinction of being female. It leads one to ponder the all-encompassing question of how does a “sexist” President continue to place women in high positions of power?
We have all borne witness to the onslaught of tacky “art” displays over the past two years that are created with the sole purpose to depict President Trump as a grave problem to the future of the country. Never one to miss out on a chance to bash President Trump, Comedy Central’s Daily Show host Trevor Noah unveiled his plans Thursday Night to join in on this trend with a “Presidential Tweet Library” opening in Washington D.C.
The movement to suppress dissent from any views that are contrary to the liberal media is well under way. It is not news to point out the mass hysteria that has arisen in the media over the past few months after a slew of states passing “heartbeat bills” to protect the lives of the unborn. Liberal pundits and commentators are losing their minds over the prospect of the pro-life stance becoming mainstream opinion. The New York Times recently resorted to drastic measures in an effort to cloak the monstrosity that is abortion.
It seems as though with each passing day, the media case of Trump Derangement Syndrome grows more severe. Many may be hard pressed to remember the fact-challenged Michael Wolff “tell all” book, Fire and Fury, which was full of sloppy reporting. Despite this, on Tuesday, late night host Jimmy Kimmel was as giddy as he covered the sequel to Fire and Fury, Siege: Trump Under Fire.
The irony is lost on no one when a member of the media elite criticize the intelligence of anyone outside of their liberal bubble. Especially when the person they are criticizing is President Trump, who has amassed a billion-dollar empire and graduated from the Ivy League Wharton Business School. One would presume it is impossible to accomplish so much success without ever picking up a book, however, this is precisely what Trevor Noah implied on The Daily Show Monday night.
It boggles the mind of the average American that a Hollywood celebrity, whose job it is to read other people’s words, believes they are morally superior to the vast majority of the country. Stephen Colbert is the prime example of someone who refuses to jump off of his high horse, instead launching vicious, slanderous attacks against President Trump on a nightly basis. Once a liberal realizes they are on the losing side of an argument, they resort to the name-calling tactic to avoid defending their beliefs.
The media are often referred to as the symbolic fourth branch of government, however, that does not guarantee it is committed to delivering the truth and the facts to the American people. Essentially, in what will be an obvious observation to most, the media has become an extension of the Democratic Party, filled with liberal pundits and talking heads rather than neutral journalists and unbiased reporters. As a result, the citizens of this country find themselves playing the role of journalist on a daily basis, working to debunk the lies the media has spewed and find the facts by themselves.
