On MSNBC’s The 11th Hour, host Stephanie Ruhle and two of her guests NYU Law professor Melissa Murray and Washington Post reporter Phillip Rucker lost what’s left of their minds over the news that the Supreme Court could be overturning Roe v Wade, according to a leaked decision obtained by Politico. 

Following the bombshell report from Politico that according to a leaked draft of a Supreme Court decision which was written in February, the Supreme Court appears poised to strike down Roe vs Wade, MSNBC hosts Chris Hayes and Rachel Maddow were on the verge of a complete meltdown over the possibility that the states would have the ability to decide whether abortion is legal or not.

Against a background that read “Cruelty, no exceptions, ” MSNBC’s Ali Velshi warned on his Saturday show of the “dystopian” future America faces as red states pass pro-life laws in anticipation of the Supreme Court potentially overruling Roe v. Wade.

Supreme Court nominees having to answer questions from senators is part of the process, but  MSNBC’s Tiffany Cross used her Saturday show to declare that Ketanji Brown Jackson having to answer questions from her “basic ass” “intellectual inferiors” is proof that black women face hurdles in America that others do not.

ABC, NBC, and CBS all gushed over the “history” making Supreme Court confirmation of Ketanji Brown Jackson on their respective Saturday morning programs. Of the three, only CBS put in minimal effort to show substantive criticisms of Jackson existed.
