Early results of tonight’s election are in, and it’s been all but declared that the house will be flipped by the Democrats. The liberal mouthpieces in Hollywood, having used every propaganda technique they could think of in the lead up to the vote, have already started jumping for joy, because it looks like they have finally — FINALLY — scored a victory against their sworn enemy Donald Trump.
Earlier this morning the media reported on “suspicious packages” being found in the mailboxes of the Clintons, Obamas, and the CNN newsroom in New York. As new details emerge, it becomes plain that this is a dangerous situation. But the Hollywood partisans couldn’t wait for details before blaming the president. Actress Mia Farrow assumed this was all due to Trump’s battle with the press, and also inexplicably included SCOTUS Justice Brett Kavanaugh as complicit.
The liberal commentary during the Kavanaugh/Ford hearing has gone from indignant to downright malevolent. After Kavanaugh sat down to begin his defense, lefties immediately began to mock the man as a drunk who definitely rapes women.
What’s the best way to look like a raging hypocrite? Well there are plenty of options. A good one might be to openly applaud vandalism against a celebrity’s Walk of Fame star, and then turn around and preach the lefty gospel of peace, love, tolerance. Several big celebrity names took to Twitter to express their glee over the fact that Donald Trump’s Hollywood star had been destroyed by some vengeful lefty freedom fighter.
Hollywood has a unique way of overreacting and completely missing the point.
Sympathy and charity are the natural reactions to a tragedy. Using the deaths of innocent people as an immediate platform for political gain is inhuman. So, naturally, that’s the route Hollywood elitists chose to take just hours after the school shooting in Santa Fe that left 10 dead and several injured.
In the midst of the utterings of doom from Hollywood, it’s interesting to see what merits a gleeful response from celebrities.
The ongoing controversy over pornstar Stormy Daniels and President Trump has celebrities frolicking over the media’s salacious coverage of the story, the lawsuit, and the people involved. During Anderson Cooper’s Sunday interview with Stephanie Cliffords, otherwise known as Stormy Daniels, on CBS’ 60 Minutes, some of the more outspoken in Hollywood hypocritically weighed in.
Halloween is when kids dress up in costume and parents share cute pictures of their kids on social media. Leave it to bitter liberal Hollywood to ruin one child’s picture. Donald Trump Jr. tweeted a photo of his daughter, Chloe, with the caption, “I’m going to take half of Chloe’s candy tonight and give it to some kid who sat at home. It’s never to early to teach her about socialism.” Socialist Hollywood was quick to jump on this statement, retweeting the child’s picture and the caption with their own views. Amber Tamblyn, the actress who declared war on conservatives, called the picture and the caption “whiteness,” saying that “it’s beyond commentary on socialism. It’s a viewpoint only extreme privilege can afford.”
Celebrities love being affirmed and validated. So while Hollywood is being rocked with its own sex abuse scandals around its brightest stars, plenty of has-beens are celebrating Manafort’s indictment. All of Hillary’s biggest celebrity supporters, acting as circling sharks since November 9, 2016, spent October 30 on Twitter wildly celebrating the indictment of a former campaign manager for President Donald Trump. Singer Cher stated today: “WHY DO ALL “TRUMP” ROADS LEAD TO RUSSIA.”
To liberal Hollywood, Trump is the worst thing that could possibly happen. So when North Korean dictator Kim-Jong Un referred to him as a “dotard,” celebrity activists were quick to condone the insult. After all, it’s what they’ve been saying for years.
Occupy Wall Street attacks income inequality and the richest 1 percent, adopting as its slogan ''we are the 99 percent.'' In October, its protesters staged a ''millionaires march' 'in New York City, parading to the homes of wealthy citizens such as Rupert Murdoch and David Koch. But only some riches bother the Occupiers, who have ignored the massive wealth of celebrities in their own ranks.
The top 25 richest celebrities supporting Occupy Wall Street, according to the website Celebrity Net Worth, possess a combined net worth just over $4 billion.
Mia Farrow's brother, artist Patrick Farrow, committed suicide Tuesday, June 16. As expected, on the following day the Associated Press released a wire story about the incident. But, the odd thing about the short recount of the Farrows's lives and the account of the discovery of Patrick's lifeless body is that that the AP found some reason to slip in an attack on George W. Bush into the story. Worse, the AP used the fact of a U.S. soldier's death in Iraq as a vehicle to slam the past president. What did BDS have to do with the Farrows, Patrick's death, and a report on the same?
The customary information about Patrick Farrow's death was duly reported, of course. We were informed of the laundry list of facts. We got Farow's relation to actress Mia Farrow; a bit about her life; some on Patrick's life's work in sculpture and art; and some of the initial findings surrounding his death also appear. All good and proper reporting, of course. But then, at the very end, we get to the anomaly of the story, a lapsing into Bush Derangement Syndrome that is completely out of place with the rest of the tale.
