To leftists and wannabe totalitarians like Darcy, anyone who platforms Trump should be admonished.

This past week, CNN again backtracked on a COVID-related issue the liberal news network had previously dismissed as a right-wing "conspiracy theory" as network medical contributor Leana Wen admitted that overcounting of COVID deaths and hospitalizations is likely a problem that needs to be corrected -- a subject she covered in a couple of Washington Post op-eds.

CNN's Oliver Darcy led off the Tuesday night "Reliable Sources" newsletter with the headline "The Pressed Secretary." His first line: "Frustration among White House reporters with press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is reaching a boiling point." Reporters who remained anonymous expressed newfound anger at the guff from the podium:

We won’t have Brian Stelter to kick around anymore because Sunday’s Reliable Sources on CNN is officially no more. This last episode of Reliable Sources did have plenty of cringeworthy moments and leftist chest pounding over the media’s failure to go after “anti-democratic” Republicans enough.

The following is just a sampling of the voluminous output of Brian Stelter’s liberal bias in his stint as anchor of CNN’s Reliable Sources.

In June, Axios.com media reporter Sara Fischer implied CNN Reliable Sources host Brian Stelter could be on the chopping block as new CNN CEO Chris Licht promised to give the network a less partisan tone. From my distant perch, I dismissed that out of hand....and turned out to be wrong.
