On Wednesday night, ABC and CBS continued to ignore the latest development in the Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal while NBC moved on to instead ask Republican Governor Chris Christie (N.J.) if “your moment” had “passed” as the Republican front-runner for the 2016 presidential nomination due to the Bridgegate scandal.

ABC and CBS on Wednesday skimped on the new revelation that Hillary Clinton was pressed two years ago about having a private e-mail server. Good Morning America allowed a scant 42 seconds to the news, first reported in the New York Times, that a congressional committee directly asked the Secretary of State. CBS This Morning did even worse, allowing a mere 14 seconds. 

Hours after President Obama moved to strike Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism, Tuesday’s NBC Nightly News cheered the decision by the President as “another historic step” and “another remnant of the Cold War” tumbling down. Interim anchor Lester Holt began with the announcement that “[w]e are witnessing tonight another historic step in thawing relations between the U.S. and Cuba”…

ABC News’s senior national correspondent Cecilia Vega continued her cheerleading for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Tuesday’s World News Tonight as she gushed that Clinton is working to win over voters “one handshake, one chai at a time” (in reference to her order of a chai tea at an Iowa coffee shop).

On Tuesday night, ABC and NBC made no mention of a congressional hearing that took place earlier in the day addressing a scandal unveiled in a Department of Justice (DOJ) report that said Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents in Colombia had participated in sex parties over a multi-year period funded by American taxpayers and the very drug cartels they were fighting.

According to ABC's Cokie Roberts, hints that Hillary Clinton may be unlikable can be traced back to sexism. The veteran journalist appeared on Good Morning America, Tuesday, to promote her new book, but the conversation veered into a discussion of 2016. Citing an unnamed poll, Roberts referenced "research that shows that a woman who is strong and powerful is seen as not friendly and empathetic." 

In interviews with ABC and NBC following his Monday presidential announcement, Florida Senator Marco Rubio was treated to nearly identical questions pressing him on why he dared compete with former Florida Governor Jeb Bush for the 2016 Republican nomination.

Despite devoting three segments to Hillary Clinton's 2016 launch, the journalists of Good Morning America on Monday totally avoided any mention of the Democrat's scandal involving deleted e-mails.
