People's Climate March Steering Committee Got $36M From Soros

The “People’s Climate March,” scheduled for the 100th day of Donald Trump’s presidency, claims to be a movement of the people. But is it really? It turns out one-third of the steering committee organizations have one thing in common — donations from George Soros. The liberal billionaire gave them more than $36 million combined. So far the broadcast networks have not made the connection.

Media Hype Trump’s Low Approval Numbers, Hide Their Own Much Lower One

Liberal reporters have been eager to report on President Trump’s low approval numbers, but they’ve mostly ignored their own, significantly lower approval ratings. According to Gallup in September of 2016, “Americans’ trust and confidence in the mass media ‘to report the news fully, accurately and fairly’ has dropped to its lowest level in Gallup polling history, with 32% saying they have a great…

Mother Makes Ultimate Sacrifice for Unborn Child on ‘Grey’s Anatomy'

In a society where preborn children are treated as disposable property, and disregarded in the name of cold, sterile, euphemisms such as “reproductive rights” and “choice,” it’s rare to find a mother who actually does the opposite of putting herself above her child.

Netflix's ‘Girlboss’ Inspires Girls to Steal, Curse and Bash Jesus

If you’re a conservative who cringes whenever the Hollywood left sneaks political punches into movies and shows, brace yourself for the brand-new Netflix original series Girlboss, which premiered April 21.

ESPN's Women's Site Posts Poem Dedicated to 1970s Cop-Killing Fugitive

Yesterday, as Jay Maxson at NewsBusters noted, ESPN laid off 100 on-air personalities. One would think that an awareness of growing financial vulnerability might convince the network to keep its employees' and contributors' most radical impulses in check, lest even more subscribers and/or advertisers get alienated. That certainly isn't happening at ESPNW, the network's women's sports website.

ABC, CBS Move On from U.C. Berkeley’s Anti-Free Speech Riots

Conservative pundit Ann Coulter was set to speak at the University of California, Berkeley Thursday night but that plan was foiled by the threat of violence from radical leftists. “Now to Berkeley, California where new protests are breaking out tonight a day after conservative pundit Ann Coulter's plan to speak at U.C. Berkeley was abruptly canceled,” announced Anchor Lester Holt during NBC…

Disgusting Joss Whedon Insinuates Paul Ryan Is a Pedophile [UPDATED]

The pathetic behavior of action movie director Joss Whedon has been well documented here on NewsBusters, but his tweet on Thursday might be his worst one yet. In a Thursday evening tweet to his 178,000 followers, he used a picture of House Speaker Paul Ryan meeting young women at the U.S. Capitol to suggest Ryan’s a raging pedophile. It was only just over fours later that Whedon came to senses…

The Conservative Media Meets Trump

President Trump did something Monday I have long advocated. He met with a small group of conservative journalists, pundits and radio talk show hosts. I was among them. After ticking off a list of what he said were his accomplishments leading up to the arbitrary 100-day marker of his presidency, we asked him questions.

Hillary as Seen By Official Washington

WASHINGTON — We call it Kultursmog, "it" being that collection of attitudes, ideas, tastes and personages that are polluted by the politics of the left and predominate on both coasts. And who are we? We are the freethinkers who are immune to the Kultursmog by virtue of our natural skepticism and reliance on empiricism, which is to say, reliance on evidence.

Ross Douthat Goes Off NYT Reservation with Faint Trump Praise

The New York Times version of political diversity is that even if you are a scorned "conservative" you can still be tolerated on their pages but ONLY if you are resolutely anti-Trump. A supposed conservative was recently hired by the Times but read this description about him in the very first sentence of this April 12 Politico story:

Press Ignores Portland, Ore. Parade Cancellation After Threats to GOP

A development has occurred which should erase any doubt that basic freedoms are in serious jeopardy in much of blue-state America. It is at least as disturbing as the failure of the University of California at Berkeley and the Berkeley Police Department to provide for the safety of conservative Ann Coulter, leading to the cancellation of her planned appearance there.

Laugh Track! NBC News Prez Says We Offer Facts, 'Objective Journalism'

The Hollywood Reporter published a softball interview with NBC News president Noah Oppenheim, but there was one question that granted an unintentionally funny answer. When asked how the leftist tilt on MSNBC might shade public opinion of NBC News, he suggested the difference was that MSNBC offered “informed opinion in prime time,” while NBC defined “objective journalism.” The executive wasn’t…

Sen. Ben Sasse Slams Pro-Abortion Media: ‘There’s Just Not Honesty'

Celebrating life and protecting the “little guy” should be a bipartisan goal, according to one senator. Speaking at Students for Life of America #SockIt2PP rally Wednesday, Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE)  affirmed the human dignity of the unborn as Congress considers defunding Planned Parenthood in debates over the upcoming federal budget.
