Fem Media Swoon: Katy Perry Gives ‘Helluva Speech’ on LGBT Sexuality

Katy Perry did more than just sing about kissing a girl and liking it. At its L.A. gala this weekend, the Human Rights Campaign awarded Katy Perry the Ally for Equality award for her LGBT advocacy. In her acceptance speech, the pop star spent ten minutes criticizing her Christian upbringing while championing “sexual fluidity.” And, predictably, the feminist media loved it.

Univision All-In for California's 'Sanctuary State' Bill

Univision's advocacy for practically open-borders policy has hit a new low, in its totally one-sided coverage of California's sanctuary state bill, deceptively named the "California Values Act", now working its way through the state legislature.

CBS Partisans Gush Over Obama Staffer’s ‘Real Talk’ Book

The partisan journalists at CBS This Morning on Monday gushed over a new Obama administration book, touting its “real talk” and encouraging ex-staffer Alyssa Mastromonaco to lash out at Donald Trump. In contrast, this same network questioned the loyalty of ex-Secretary of Defense Bob Gates after he wrote a book criticizing Barack Obama.

A Few Good Reasons to Defund NEA/NEH

A photo of a bullwhip in a guy’s butt? You paid for that. The movie about 12-year-olds having lesbian sex? Ditto. Oh, and did you ever get a thank you card for the $12K you gave that experimental theatre company to create a play about the “stigma” of abortion?

NPR Promotes Feminist Accuser of Gorsuch, Skips Her Democrat Resume

National Public Radio greeted the opening of the Neil Gorsuch confirmation hearings in typical leftist fashion: Nina Totenberg publicizing the complaints of feminist groups and failing to disclose the partisan background of the accuser, named Jennifer Sisk, who claims Gorsuch made insensitive comments about maternity leave in a class at the University of Colorado law school. Alex Griswold at the…

During 9 a.m. ET hour MSNBC coverage ahead of the House Intelligence Committee hearing on Russian interference in the 2016 election on Monday, anchor Brian Williams wondered if the issue may bring down the Trump administration: “Could this dissolve everything? Could this be an existential threat to this administration, the process that begins today?”

NBC Frets Possible Russian 'Engineering' Stopped Hillary from Winning

All three major broadcast networks offered Monday morning coverage of the House Intelligence Committee hearing on Russia and the 2016 election, but it was NBC that swooned over Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff (Calif.) and offered a hilarious slip that the Russians may have prevented their dear Hillary Clinton from winning.

Sounds Like CNN: Ex-Host Rips ‘F***ing’ Trump as ‘Liar’

Former CNN host D.L. Hughley ranted in a TMZ video posted Monday that Donald Trump is a “f***ing’ “liar” who “doesn’t deserve respect.” The former host of CNN’s D.L. Hughley Breaks the News blasted, “I think if the president were respect-worthy, you should do it. But I think in all the things he’s done — just this week, accusing a man, a former president, of a felony. He’s lied. A liar doesn’t…

Co-host Mika Brzezinski, prompting a discussion, introduced and read the column aloud. The Morning Joe crew delighted in a metaphor of the Trump administration “eating its own tail.” Brzezinski related, “Maureen Dowd really kind of sort of crystallizes what it is we are…

What’s Gender? Time Cover Story Explores ‘Beyond He or She’

Not three years after announcing the “transgender tipping point,” TIME magazine began exploring the next cultural frontier: a society, no longer labelled by the strict binaries of male and female. But how much of the gender and sexual-fluidity craze is actually spurred on by Hollywood and the liberal media?

Former ABC Reporter: Don’t Cover Trump Garbage or Bother With Balance

Veteran former ABC reporter Lynn Sherr pleaded with her fellow journalists: Stop doing journalism on Donald Trump when he and his spokespeople are only “spewing garbage” anyway! In her Friday post at the site run by left-wing public television omnipresence Bill Moyers, Sherr also actively discouraged practicing balanced journalism when it comes to the president, a la Jim Rutenberg’s front-page…

FLASHBACK: Media Advocated for Obama’s Supreme Court Picks

If the liberal media cover the Neil Gorsuch hearings the same way they handled Barack Obama’s choices for the Supreme Court, they will do everything they can to pave the way to an easy confirmation. When they weren’t singing the praises of their backgrounds, or even comedic stylings, liberal reporters and anchors tried to downplay the leftist leaning of Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor and Merrick…
