The Regime Media’s shift into Resistance mode continues apace. The major media outlets uniformly melted down over President Elect Donald Trump’s decision to nominate Robert F. Kennedy to lead the nation’s public health apparatus as Secretary of Health and Human Services.

The election may be over, but some of the Regime Media continue to act as if campaign season were ongoing- particularly as pertains to story selection on the evening news. Case in point, today’s publication of the Consumer Price Index, which shows that inflation persists.

The broadcast networks all broke in Wednesday morning with special reports on President-Elect Donald Trump’s Oval Office meeting with outgoing President Joe Biden. But it was a comment Trump made earlier in the morning joking about staying in the White House longer than four years that left ABC and CBS bent out of shape.

In an odd report on President Joe Biden’s visit to Arlington National Cemetery, outgoing CBS Evening News anchor Norah O’Donnell channels Biden and inserts a weird Beau Biden reference that could’ve just as easily been lifted from one of those Joe Biden speeches. 

Three years ago, the liberal media trumpeted how a new Georgia law would “make it harder to vote,” “restrict voting rights” or amounted to “voter suppression.” This week’s record turnout showed those claims were utterly wrong.

During the overnight hours of Tuesday into Wednesday, CBS was in the midst of an epic, hours-long meltdown over what was then the impending reelection of Donald Trump to the presidency. Over the course of eight hours, CBS journalists heaped scorn on Americans for refusing to accept “the facts” about the Biden-Harris economy, unfairly blamed Biden for “the cost of your rent,” claimed voters…

Through the first three hours of CBS’s election night coverage, things were looking promising for Republicans and former President Trump, based solely on the reactions of the assembled liberal journalists, who seethed over Donald Trump as a “dark” figure spewing “lies about criminal migrants” and it being “factually untrue” they’re “pouring through our border” and ready to stir up “violence in…

With ABC’s Good Morning America continuing to run through the tape Monday with more venom toward former President Trump and cooing over Vice President Harris, CBS Mornings predictably had the same idea by emphasizing Harris pledging “unity, collaboration, and freedom” with Trump mired in “grievances,” “personal grudges,” and “violent rhetoric.”

With her tenure as anchor of the CBS Evening News coming to a close, Norah O’Donnell is now unburdened by what is, and is now openly and brazenly editorializing ahead of reporter packages. Former President Donald Trump’s response to President Joe Biden calling Trump supporters ‘garbage” was simply too much for O’Donnell to countenance.

With a week to go before the election, the Regime Media hold out hope against hope that they can get their hands on a good Trump-adverse story, hopefully one that might damage him in key swing states. The fallout from comic Tony Hinchcliffe’s controversial set at Madison Square Garden is the latest such instance.

After CBS anchor Norah O'Donnell favored Democrat Tim Walz in the vice presidential debate and has aggressively pushed her anti-Trump themes on the CBS Evening News last week (including the Trump-smearing Atlantic article), she was granted an interview with Kamala Harris, which aired on Sunday Morning. 

As the election approaches, look for the Regime Media to embed propaganda in subtler pieces than what you normally see at the top of their newscasts, such as their unhinged campaign trail recaps. Case in point: this “Eye on America” item from CBS, touting “nuance” at the border that is anything but nuanced.

A look through MRC’s archives shows CBS has a long history of using dishonest techniques to interfere with the election of conservative candidates. 

CBS News, fully devolved into hyperpartisanship with just two weeks to go before the presidential election, repackaged a garbage article from The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Golberg for the purpose of harming former President Donald Trump’s gains with the Hispanic community.
