The assembled cast of MSNBC's Morning Joe joined former Obama State Department official and former managing editor of Time magazine, Richard Stengel, on Thursday in hailing Vice President Kamala Harris for supposedly taking back the mantle of American exceptionalism from Republicans.

Democratic vice presidential nominee, Governor Tim Walz (MN) appeared on the popular channel on the Chinese spy app TikTok this week and the fill-in co-hosts of MSNBC’s Morning Joe couldn’t get enough of it. On Morning Joe, George Conway, playing off Trump's Truth Social post claiming that Kamala's Michigan crowd size had been fabricated, called Trump a delusional narcissistic sociopath, adding that if his family cared about him, they would have him committed to a psychiatric hospital. Conway compared Trump to Hitler in his final days in the bunker, moving around divisions that didn't exist.

On Tuesday, MSNBC Morning Joe hosted liberal commentators Molly Jong-Fast and Donny Deutsch and gave the former the floor to suggest that Senator and Republican Vice Presidential nominee J.D. Vance was “racist” and wanted “more white Children.” But in reality, Vance was in an interracial marriage and had three biracial children.

Somebody might want to run an AI analysis of Eugene Robinson's current Washington Post column: "No, really, Republicans are getting weirder." It'd be interesting to see if it were written in the style of Kamala Harris speechwriters, or some other member of her campaign. He threw the W-word eight times in his column and six times on MSNBC today.

On Morning Joe, they freaked out over Donald Trump joking to Christians they won't need to vote in four years because "we'll have it fixed." Al Sharpton suggested that Trump is planning to eliminate early voting and drop boxes, which would mean that "voting will not matter."

Morning Joe hypes a clip of a staged phone call in which Barack and Michelle Obama call Kamala Harris to endorse her. Jonathan Lemire dismisses as "nonsensical" reports that the Obamas lacked confidence in Harris.

On Morning Joe, MSNBC's Jonathan Lemire warns the MSM not to report Donald Trump's softer new tone. Says Lemire: "I do think we need a moratorium here in the media about Donald Trump's -- praising Donald Trump's new tone. That doesn't ever happen on this show, mind you."

Morning Joe knew "for a long time" that Biden was losing, but it continued to claim that he was doing well, discounting any negative polls. It does put a final nail in the coffin of any pretensions Joe Scarborough might have had of being anything other than an all-in Biden lackey and hack.

After playing a clip of Republican Rep. Eric Burlison jesting that Pres. Biden might be "jacked up on Mountain Dew" at the debate. Joe Scarborough claims that Trump is whining, whimpering, and scared that Biden will beat him badly.
