CNN’s The Lead host Jake Tapper devoted a segment for the second time in a week to blasting the State Department’s persistent issues with transparency on Monday as this one dealt with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request concerning Hillary Clinton that won’t be fulfilled until after the November presidential election. 

Predictably, Univision ratcheted up its anti-Trump rhetoric in reporting on the news that the PGA is moving its annual World Golf Championship tournament from Trump’s Doral Golf resort in South Florida to Mexico.

For a liberal media that bemoans the idea of businesses and corporations being considered “people” post-Citizens United, BuzzFeed decided that they would cancel the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) advertising for their site due to Donald Trump’s candidacy threatening “the freedoms of our employees in the United States and around the world.”  

In a remarkable "Who do they think they're kidding?" exercise seen on Thursday, a New York Times editorial cited the findings of a Federal Reserve study released in late May showing that 76 millions are, in the Fed's words, "struggling to get by" or "just getting by." In her first TV interview since the State Department admitted to having intentionally deleted portions of a State Department press briefing, former State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki met the wrath of CNN’s Wolf Blitzer Friday afternoon as he minced no words in calling out Psaki and her predecessors for lying about the Iran nuclear agreement. 

In a statement released Friday afternoon, Media Research Center President Brent Bozell commended CNN's Jake Tapper for running "the risk of ruining" his career to demand "accountability from the State Department" in light of "four separate lies told by the State Department" concerning the Iran nuclear deal and subsequent scrubbing of video from a press briefing.

Conservative talk radio host Mark Levin began his show on Thursday night by citing a Wednesday post from this writer about President Obama gushing over PBS’s “civility” to set up his opening monologue that included him referring to the President as having “been the most vicious, vile, attack President that I can think of.”

Social media sites like Twitter were set ablaze late Thursday night as violence broke out yet again following a Donald Trump rally as anti-Trump protesters physically and verbally assaulted the presumptive GOP presidential nominee’s followers. Within the hysteria, CBS News legal correspondent Jan Crawford let slip a rather succinct point about the liberal media’s many double standards.
