On Monday, CBS This Morning unbelievably attempted to blame the Trump administration for Cuba’s economy crumbing after decades of the island nation’s brutal, corrupt communist regime oppressing its people. The broadcast then urged the Biden administration to appease the authoritarian government by removing sanctions on the dictatorship. 

Under close questioning by New Day co-host Brianna Keilar, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby doesn't deny the Taliban's claim that it has taken control of 85% of Afghanistan. Kirby supports Biden's claim that there will be no "fall of Saigon" moment in which people have to be evacuated from the roof of the US embassy in Kabul.

CNN has been a slavish supporter of all things Biden—with one glaring exception.
