Following the tragedy in Uvalde, the left has been firing on all cylinders to paint conservatives as evil incarnate. Jezebel’s Audra Heinrichs decided it was her time to get a pound of flesh from conservatives by attacking their apparent unwillingness to rave about a shooting irresponsibly. 

Stephanie Ruhle must have realized she was lagging behind the other hosts on MSNBC in political exploitation and did her best on Wednesday night’s The 11th Hour to push her half-hour-long interview with Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) in an increasingly gruesome, hateful, and constitutionally dubious direction. 

For the late night hosts, the school shooting in Uvalde provided them the opportunity to use their Wednesday shows to blame “the gun lobby,” Republicans, and the Supreme Court and to praise Beto O’Rourke’s stunt in the push for gun control.

Perhaps it was the early hour, but for some inexplicable reason on Wednesday, CNN White House correspondent John Harwood decided to use his short time talking to New Day co-host John Berman to lament that Biden did not go far enough in his speech about the horrific school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. 

On Morning Joe, Scarborough twists himself into semantic knots to avoid recognizing that before birth, a baby is just that: a baby. Instead, he refers to the baby as the being."Scarborough even seems to deny that the baby is "alive" before childbirth, saying Republicans aren't interested in protecting life after the child is "actually alive."
