On his Friday CNN show, Don Lemon and correspondent Leyla Santiago condemned Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for banning math textbooks that contained Critical Race Theory. When giving examples, including a bar graph alleging conservatives are more racist than liberals, it was still DeSantis that was accused of culture warring.

Over the weekend, CNN host Fredricka Whitfield reacted to the new Florida and Oklahoma laws banning abortion by bringing on abortion clinic owner Amy Hagstrom Miller, who has been a frequent guest on the liberal news network over the last several months.

On CNN's New Day, political analyst Chris Cillizza says Democrats are in "revolt" against a "directionless" and "listless" Joe Biden. He says that, looking ahead to the midterms, the situation at the border bodes "nothing good" for the Democrats. Cillizza concludes by saying that there is "a really bad political climate for Democrats."

Wednesday’s CBS Mornings and Reliable Sources Daily on CNN+ flashed the profession’s virulent hatred for conservatives by giving cushy interviews to Daily Show correspondent and failed Comedy Central host Jordan Klepper ahead of his new special trashing Hungary as a bastion of authoritarianism reminiscent of what Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) has done with Florida.
