It seems that good news for President Donald Trump cannot be delivered by many liberal news outlets without putting a negative spin on it. Such was the case with Anthony Man of the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel who had to report on August 21 that Trump's approval rating is at it highest level which was immediately followed by a negative spin caveat.

Donald Trump’s approval rating has ticked up in Florida — and now matches the highest number he’s enjoyed in the state since becoming president.

That was the good news for Trump which was immediately followed by this negative spin:

The catch: It’s still not very good.

Hey Anthony, it was good enough for him to win the state of Florida in 2016.

And now the details of the good news for Trump that Anthony Man felt compelled to hit with a negative spin.

A Florida Atlantic University poll released Tuesday found 43 percent of the state’s voters approve and 45 percent disapprove of Trump’s performance, a net negative of 2 percentage points.

The poll showed sharp divisions along party lines with 77 percent of Democrats disapproving of Trump’s performance and 78 percent of Republicans approving.

Among independent voters, 39 percent approved and 40 percent disapproved.
