"I guarantee you, Sean, based on what I’ve heard from third parties or I’ve spoken to that William Jefferson Clinton is going to cast his ballot for Mitt Romney."
So said former Clinton adviser Dick Morris on Fox News's Hannity Monday (video follows with transcript).
SEAN HANNITY, HOST: You know Bill Clinton better than anybody else. Alright, now here's a guy that I suspect before all is said and done is going to in his own way undermine Barack Obama’s re-election chances as evidenced by things he has been saying including we are in a recession and some other things. Watch this.

BILL CLINTON: I think that they played the race card on me, and we now know from memos from the campaign and everything that they planned to do it all along.
CLINTON: There's no question that in terms of getting up and going to the office and, you know, basically performing the essential functions of the office, a man who has been governor and had a sterling business career crosses the qualification threshold.
CLINTON: What I think we need to do is find some way to avoid the fiscal cliff, to avoid doing anything that would contract the economy now.
MARIA BARTIROMO, CNBC: So does that mean extending the tax cuts?
CLINTON: Well, I think what it means is they will have to extend -- they will probably have to put everything off until early next year. That's probably the best thing to do right now…I don't have any problem with extending all of it now.

HANNITY: All of these, and then he defends Bain Capital, then he said we’re in a recession. All of it undermining the president's re-election chances.
DICK MORRIS: I guarantee you, Sean, based on what I’ve heard from third parties or I’ve spoken to that William Jefferson Clinton is going to cast his ballot for Mitt Romney.
MORRIS: However, he's going to open his mouth for Barack Obama because his wife is hostage. They have her under lock and key as Secretary of State, and he is scared that Obama will lose and blame him if he undermines Obama. So he’ll do everything he asks him to do and then he’ll jab him whenever he can.
