Networks Ignore Biden's Refusal to Address Border Crisis at United Nations

On Tuesday, President Joe Biden addressed the United Nations General Assembly and during his address, Biden refused to inform the gathered world leaders of the invasion that’s taking place due to illegal aliens flooding across the southern border thanks to his refusal to secure the southern border. All three networks ignored Biden's omission during their coverage of his remarks to the U.N.

Instead, Fox News Channel’s Special Report covered the story. “The President had a chance today to tell more than 143 heads of state about a slow-moving international incident in the United States but he didn't,” Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy informed Fox viewers.

“And nearly 28 minutes at the mic President Biden never once mentioned the border where the flow of migrants appears to only be getting worse,” Doocy added.

Correspondent Bill Melugin added that Eagle Pass Texas “witnessed one of the largest mass illegal crossings we have ever seen in the last two and a half years. Sources telling us more than 2,200 migrants crossed illegally with video Monday from the Mexican side of the river showing a line of illegal immigrants between Friday and Monday, there were over 35,000 migrant encounters at the southern border.”

According to Melugin, this was “an average of nearly 9,000 per day as agents tell us this border crisis is the worst it's ever been.”

Doocy ended the report by adding that “25 governors all Republicans have written to the president shelters are full, food pantries empty. Law enforcement strained and aid workers exhausted as governors we call on you to provide honest, accurate, details information on where the migrants admitted at the southern border are being relocated in the United States.”

“The President's only reference to migration was to the Los Angeles Declaration which, despite the name, is not specific to the U.S.,” Doocy added.

This bias by omission from the three networks was made possible by Prevagen on ABC, Ensure on CBS, and Angi on NBC.

BRET BAIER: As we told you at the top of the program, President Biden wants stronger support from the United Nations for Ukraine in its resistance to Russian invaders. But what the President did not say to the General Assembly has many people concerned. White House correspondent Peter Doocy has the story.

PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: As President of the United States, I understand the duty my country has to lead in this critical moment.

PETER DOOCY: The President had a chance today to tell more than 143 heads of state about a slow-moving international incident in the United States but he didn't. And nearly 28 minutes at the mic President Biden never once mentioned the border where the flow of migrants appears to only be getting worse.

BILL MELUGIN: Peter, here in Eagle Pass we witnessed one of the largest mass illegal crossings we have ever seen in the last two and a half years. Sources telling us more than 2,200 migrants crossed illegally with video Monday from the Mexican side of the river showing a line of illegal immigrants between Friday and Monday, there were over 35,000 migrant encounters at the southern border. An average of nearly 9,000 per day as agents tell us this border crisis is the worst it's ever been.

DOOCY: 25 governors all Republicans have written to the president shelters are full, food pantries empty. Law enforcement strained and aid workers exhausted as governors we call on you to provide honest, accurate, details information on where the migrants admitted at the southern border are being relocated in the United States. The President's only reference to migration was to the Los Angeles Declaration which, despite the name, is not specific to the U.S.
