CNN beclowned themselves last week after the hiring of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe while whining about former Trump press secretaries getting new TV gigs. Well, the self-proclaimed “facts first” network were in for another round of ribbing on social media Monday, after new information surfaced that McCabe could be close to facing federal charges for lying under oath to the Justice Department’s inspector general.
Crazy might be the best term for describing the first segment of CNN’s so-called “Reliable Sources” on Sunday. Media janitor Brian Stelter invited on two far-left psychiatrists to debate how the media should cover President Trump alleged mental illness. While one was busy advocating to throw out professional ethics, the other one was declaring Trump had been worse than some of the last century’s most evil people.
Of course, Stephanopoulos humored him by letting the former Congressman bash the President and pushed back weakly on Walsh’s history of incredibly racist statements. Yet, during the so-called “powerhouse roundtable”, they admitted that Walsh didn’t have a chance at beating Trump; and Stephanopoulos found the important “question” was whether or not Walsh could “wound” the President’s chances.
The liberal media were irate Thursday and became the physical embodiment of the internet’s so-called “cancel culture” in the wake of news that former Trump press secretaries Sarah Sanders and Sean Spicer got new jobs on TV. During that night’s edition of the unfunny “Ridiculist” on AC360, CNN host Anderson Cooper bitterly lashed out at the two, declaring: “Tonight, let there be no doubt that big, shiny, elegant, gold-plated opportunities, gorgeous opportunities await those who deceive the country on behalf of President Trump.”
With former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer set to cut a rug on the new season of Dancing With the Stars, cue the Trump Derangement Syndrome from the liberal media. CNN media janitor Brian Stelter perfectly encapsulated the media’s over the top reaction during a Thursday afternoon appearance on Right Now with Brianna Keilar, where he called for “outrage and backlash” to the story.
President Trump handed the liberal media more ammunition on Wednesday when he doubled down on his inartful comments criticizing American Jews who voted for Democrats instead of siding with Israel. With the President calling them “disloyal”, accusations of anti-Semitism poured forth from the media. Meanwhile, Democratic Congresswomen Ilhan Omar (MN) and Rashida Tlaib (MI) were wrapped up in their own cases of anti-Semitism and claims of disloyalty, yet the liberal media covered for them.
In arguably one of Fredo’s sleaziest diatribes, Prime Time host Chris Cuomo closed out his Tuesday kangaroo court with a “Closing Argument” insisting that President Trump was a poor leader because he didn’t lose sleep. According to Cuomo, not only was Trump a poor leader but he also “doesn’t care” about dead soldiers, America’s problems, or the deaths of shooting victims.
In a scathing takedown of anti-Semitic Congresswomen, Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) during an appearance on Monday’s Special Report, The Federalist publisher Ben Domenech unloaded on the duo for their “disgusting display” at a press conference filled with lies.
Monday was Chris ‘Fredo’ Cuomo’s first night back at the helm of Prime Time after a viral video exposed him threatening to throw a guy down a flight of stairs after getting mocked. Fredo held off saying anything about what happened until the end of his show. There was no apology to the guy or to Italian-Americans for the false claim he peddled suggesting “Fredo” was an “ethnic slur”. Instead, there was cockiness and laughter from him and fellow CNN host Don Lemon.
The liberal media were disheartened Monday after Planned Parenthood announced it would take a roughly $60 million hit to its funds just so they could carry out more abortions. The new Title X rule put out by the Trump administration bars clinics from referring patients for abortions. CBS Evening News was so distraught that they kicked off their evening programming with the story.
In a rare moment of truth-telling on CNN Sunday, New York Times Opinion staff writer and editor Bari Weiss openly admitted to the Reliable Sources panel that the media was purposely ignoring the blatant anti-Semitism espoused by Democratic Congresswomen Ilhan Omar (MN) and Rashida Tlaib (MI) because of President Trump.
With Antifa still assaulting and harassing peaceful “right-wing” marchers, police, and journalists in the streets of Portland, Oregon on Saturday, CNN Newsroom host Ana Cabrera and the network found it controversial that President Trump would want to accurately brand the extreme far-left group as the domestic terrorists that they were. She would tee up New Mexico Congresswoman Debra Haaland to defend the group as “peaceful protesters”.
The domestic terrorist organization known as Antifa carried out attacks at a “right-wing” rally in Portland, Oregon on Saturday by targeting peaceful rally goers, police, and members of the press. As the liberal media have done in the past, ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Sunday Today, carried water for the extreme left-wing terrorists by downplaying their actions and by suggesting they’re simply “counter-protesters”.
On Wednesday, CBS Evening News and special contributor Maria Elena Salinas were up in arms because, so far, the Mississippi food processing plants raided by Immigration and Customs Enforcement last week were not being prosecuted. The report was largely designed to make it seem as though the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Mississippi, Mike Hurst was not serious about prosecuting them. But on Thursday, CBS shared more from Salinas’s interview with Hurst. And it turns out, she deceptively omitted a clip of Hurst pledging to prosecute when they had enough evidence.
Citing an itinerary that proved they were out to “deny Israel’s legitimacy”, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Thursday that anti-Semitic U.S. Representatives Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashia Tlaib (D-MI) were barred from entering the country. Of course, the liberal media had an absolute meltdown with the flagship evening programs of ABC, CBS, and NBC rushing to the Congresswomen’s defense, while covering up their deep-seated anti-Semitic worldviews.
Since the Immigration and Customs Enforcement workplace raid last week, the liberal media have grown increasingly radical in how they cover immigration. In a nearly five-minute-long report on CBS Evening News on Wednesday, special contributor Maria Elena Salinas (you might remember her from her time on Univision) delivered an emotionally drive, one-sided report condemning the raids and presses a U.S. attorney on jailing those who employed illegal immigrants.
With the so-called “inverted yield curve” for bonds creeping up on Wednesday, ABC and NBC sprinted to stoke fears that “a recession could be on the horizon”, as NBC White House correspondent Kristen Welker declared. But over on CBS Evening News, chief financial analyst Jill Schlesinger was telling viewers to “run your life as if this were just any old day.”
Continuing the liberal media’s narrative that those working for Immigration and Customs Enforcement were monsters, Tuesday’s NBC Nightly News featured correspondent Gabe Gutierrez trying to shame acting ICE director Matthew Albence with the video of a little girl crying because agents arrested her father.
CNN host Chris Cuomo made an absolute fool out of himself in a viral video released Monday night where he’s seen threatening to throw a man down a flight of stairs. The man insulted Cuomo by using the Godfather-based insult “Fredo” (the dumb older brother of the main character and mob boss Michael Corleone), which the CNN host ludicrously claimed was an “ethnic slur” equivalent to using the “N-word.”
In a YouTube video released on Monday by an “independent media journalist” with the title That’s the Point with Brandon,” CNN Prime Time host Chris Cuomo can be seen threatening to throw a reported “Trump supporter” down some stairs. The incident appeared to be designed to get a rise out of Cuomo, but the CNN host completely blew up at a minor slight.
