The other night I spent some time with Donald Trump. He had come to Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, a mere five or so miles up the road from my house. The Trump rally was filled - completely - with thousands inside  and outside thousands more waiting (in vain) to get in the door. Showing how much the liberal media is in the tank for Hillary Clinton in this election, reporters at the joint conference of National Association of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists on Friday afternoon wildly applauded Clinton’s far-left answers to a slew of softball questions about immigration, the electorate, and even whether she has any black friends. 

Two networks. Two vice presidential candidates. Same questions. Today co-host Savannah Guthrie on Friday interviewed Mike Pence and urged the Republican to trash Donald Trump. On CBS This Morning, Norah O’Donnell talked to Tim Kaine and urged the Democrat to trash... Donald Trump. She did not demand that Kaine bash Hillary Clinton. Instead she asked if Trump was “sane” and “competent.” 

MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews was in rare from on Thursday night as he both factually tried to link the 1964 and 2016 presidential elections and appeared astonished that there could be an “intervention” (as has been reported for Donald Trump) for something other than “a dope problem or a booze problem.

Doing his part in the media’s minimizing of the $400 million the Obama administration sent to Iran around the time four Americans were freed, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews spent a measly one minute of his Wednesday show discussing the matter only after his show carried portions of a Donald Trump rally in which the issue came up.
