On Monday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested media-celebrated illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia – but, it won’t be able to deport him without getting past the “unhinged” activist judge who’s been defending him, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Monday.
“Today, ICE law enforcement arrested Kilmar Abrego Garcia and are processing him for deportation,” DHS Secretary Kristi Noem reported in a statement, stressing how Garcia’s removal is important to public safety:
“President Trump is not going to allow this illegal alien, who is an MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, serial domestic abuser, and child predator, to terrorize American citizens any longer.”
In her statement, Sec. Noem substantiates the charges against Garcia.
ICE’s arrest comes three days after “An unhinged judge in Maryland ordered his release,” DHS reported Friday:
“Today, U.S District Court Judge Paula Xinis—appointed by Obama—allowed Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a known MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, wife beater, and child predator to walk free on U.S. streets by not allowing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials to arrest and detain this public safety threat.”
Judge Xinis is just one of the many rogue, activist judges who are putting their political agenda above their duty to follow the laws protecting American citizens, Sec. Noem noted:
“Activist liberal judges have attempted to obstruct our law enforcement every step of the way in removing the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens from our country. Today, we reached a new low with this publicity hungry Maryland judge mandating this illegal alien who is a MS-13 gang member, human trafficker, serial domestic abuser, and child predator be allowed free.
“By ordering this monster loose on America’s streets, this judge has shown a complete disregard for the safety of the American people.”
“We will not stop fighting till this Salvadoran man faces justice and is OUT of our country,” Noem vowed.
Immediately after being taken into ICE custody on Monday, Garcia filed to prevent his deportation – and was awarded Xinis as his judge, Florida Voice News Assistant News Director Eric Daugherty reported, with mock surprise:
“BREAKING: Kilmar Abrego Garcia has just filed to BLOCK his impending deportation to Uganda.
“Guess who got assigned this case?
“OBAMA Judge Paula Xinis.”
