On Friday, both CBS This Morning and ABC’s Good Morning America highlighted a gaffe by Hillary Clinton in a Thursday interview with CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley, when she claimed she “always tried to” tell the truth. However, NBC’s Today completely ignored the stumble.

Nets Thrilled by Obama ‘Historic' Cuba Trip: He’s Bigger Than Beyonce!

The network morning shows on Thursday were beside themselves with glee over the White House announcing President Obama would travel to Cuba in March. While all three broadcasts hailed the upcoming “historic trip,” it was ABC’s Good Morning America that went the extra mile by proclaiming the President was more popular than singer Beyonce on the island nation.

On Thursday, both NBC’s Today and ABC’s Good Morning America censored any mention of the controversy swirling around President Obama’s decision to skip the funeral of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia scheduled for Saturday. To its credit, CBS This Morning offered a full report on widely criticized move.

ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Today on Wednesday avoided the uncomfortable fact that Barack Obama has totally flip-flopped on whether ideology should be considered for a Supreme Court nominee. Only CBS This Morning highlighted the hypocrisy and shifting positions of Democrats. Reporter Jan Crawford played a clip from 2006 in which then-Senator Obama was supporting a filibuster.

Good Morning America co-host George Stephanopoulos, Monday, badgered Senator Lindsey Graham on the need to get a quick replacement for Antonin Scalia. An incredulous Stephanopoulos wondered, “Your leader, Mitch McConnell, said flatly, President Obama should not have a chance to fill this vacancy. Does that mean the President's choice won't even get a hearing?”

The morning after the shock news that Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia died, ABC and NBC actually opened their Sunday shows with nice tributes to the “legendary” “American original,” seeing the conservative as a “giant” who was “funny and sarcastic.” That didn’t stop Good Morning America and Today from constantly referring to Scalia as “controversial.”

According to Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly on Friday, the Democratic primary race is a hyped-up media “mirage” and Hillary Clinton will almost certainly win the nomination. Appearing on Good Morning America, Kellly dismissed, “It seems to me like some sort of mirage. Because, you know, if you look at Clinton's long haul she's the favorite in every state after New Hampshire.”
