On Sunday and Monday, reporters on the NBC, ABC, and CBS morning shows were thrilled that the White House Correspondents’ Dinner had returned following the pandemic and was attended by a Democratic president. The networks repeatedly cheered the gathering of the liberal D.C. media and political elite as an event “celebrating the freedom of the press.”

Americans woke up Thursday morning to an economy that contracted in the first quarter. The ABC, CBS and NBC morning news shows ignored the story.

All three broadcast networks in the fall of 2021 smeared border patrol agents as monsters who “whipped” illegal immigrants in “horrific,” “alarming” video. The footage showed a small number of agents on horseback trying to stop migrants from crossing the Rio Grande.
