Lessons From Afghanistan

You have to give President Biden credit for consistency. Unfortunately, he has been consistently wrong. As Robert Gates, former defense secretary in the Obama administration once put it, Biden has "been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades." Biden’s decision to withdraw U.S. troops from Afghanistan (and former President Trump’s…

Broken Clock Emerges: WH Reporters HAMMER Biden Flacks on Afghanistan

Though most of it didn’t make the Tuesday network evening newscasts, the White House press corps made an effort to raise tough questions with National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan and Press Secretary Jen Psaki amidst the collapse of Afghanistan, showing that neither had the answers to basic questions about how they’ll ensure the safe departure of American citizens and Afghan allies, the…

CBS Skips Own Reporter Grilling WH on Saving Americans in Afghanistan

If a news outlet got a Republican administration to hint they didn’t plan to ensure every American got out of a collapsed country run by terrorists safely, it would be the headline of the day. But that wasn’t the case for CBS Evening News on Tuesday after White House correspondent Weijia Jiang grilled national security adviser Jake Sullivan and Press Secretary Jen Psaki on the issue;…

Carrie Underwood Dragged For ‘Liking’ Matt Walsh’s Anti-Mask Speech

Hmmm, perhaps we have another secret Hollywood conservative on our hands, or someone who just follows common sense COVID procedure and has to be discreet about it. Recently, American Idol winner and pop/country megastar Carrie Underwood approved of conservative writer Matt Walsh’s speech decrying a Tennessee public school system’s mask mandates.

CNN Historian: Afghan Airport Disaster to Become a 'Symbol of Hope'?

Plenty have people have compared the current situation in Kabul to Saigon in 1975, but on Tuesday, CNN presidential historian Douglas Brinkley became probably the first to suggest that may not be all bad. For Brinkley, the fact that people are scrambling to get onboard or hanging off the exteriors of C-17s might, one day, lead to them being seen as symbols of hope.

Batsh*t Insane Hollywood Stars Compare Conservatives to Taliban

The fact that the Taliban have run roughshod over Afghanistan in practically the same instant that the American soldiers left is horrifying and heartbreaking, particularly for the innocent Afghans who helped the U.S. and now have to live under brutal Islamic rule because the Biden administration didn't have a plan to get them out safely. But, of course, such a tragedy is perfect fodder for…

Even Chuck Todd Worries: Biden Lost His 'Competency' Card

What happens to Joe Biden if he loses even Democratic stalwarts like Chuck Todd? The liberal Meet the Press host will assuredly switch back to propping up the President. But, for Tuesday at least, he said the quiet part loud and admitted that Biden has lost his so-called “competency” card.a

Chinese Communists Challenge Olympic Medal Integrity

In true communist fashion, China is spewing propaganda about having won the medal count at the recently completed Tokyo Summer Olympics. This is nothing short of an attack on Olympic medal integrity because the USA actually won the medal count with 113 medals to China’s 88. The United States also edged China in gold medals, 39-38.

NBC's Engel Blasts Biden: 100 Times Worse than Saigon

In all my many years of blogging MSM outbursts against Republican presidents, I've never seen anyone angrier Richard Engel about Biden's Afghanistan fiasco. Well, there was Keith Olbermann. But for present purposes, let's leave aside the clinically disturbed. In a piece with which Morning Joe opened today's show, Engel absolutely unleashed on the Biden administration. Rolling heartbreaking…
