Liberal reporters and hosts are closing out the year with a bang, spending the last month damning Donald Trump as an “unhinged” “sociopathic” mental case who was comparable to Charles Manson and Osama Bin Laden. Celebrities also raged against Trump as Netflix host Chelsea Handler hoped to see Trump in handcuffs” and Hunger Games movie star Jennifer Lawrence boasted if she ever met the President she would greet him with “a martini to the face.” The following is a collection of the worst journalist and celebrity outbursts from the past month.
GQ is, I guess, a men’s magazine. Or, it’s a magazine for men who like $1,600 leather tote bags and $200 velvet pants. Anyway, GQ clearly digs jerks. Why else would it give Keith Olbermann a web show? And why else would it put Colin Kaepernick on the cover as “Citizen of the Year?”
GQ host and former MSNBC crazy Keith Olbermann joined the ladies of ABC’s The View on Friday and he came locked and loaded with head-shaking statements, chiefly his belief that President Trump has been worse for America than Osama bin Laden. In addition, Olbermann made the stark admission that he owes George W. Bush and John McCain apologies for trashing them and wishes Bush could have had a third term as President instead of Trump being in the White House now.
Leftist table-pounder Keith Olbermann – now with GQ (“Gentlemen’s Quarterly”?) -- has started a publicity tour for his new book Trump Is F*cking Crazy (ThIs Is Not a Joke). In an interview with a supportive Marisa Guthrie at The Hollywood Reporter, Olbermann fought back against the notion that liberal activism and Colin Kaepernick were ruining the NFL ratings. It’s a “logical fallacy,” he insisted. Olbermann also denied ESPN is losing viewers because of its liberal bias. (He didn’t deny the bias, just the viewer loss.)
In addition to CNN, liberal activists, actors, journalists, and trolls disturbingly berated and maligned the character of John Kelly following his Thursday Whtie House remarks, declaring him to be an “odious” “coward” and “nitwit” offering a “bizarre,” “dishonest,” and racist statement amidst the Gold Star family controversy.
Every Single Person We Don’t Like in the Liberal Media eventually won “Quote of the Year” at the Media Research Center’s 30th Anniversary Gala featuring the 2017 DisHonors Awards on Thursday, but it also came away with the Trumpocalypse Award moments earlier in the evening. Once The Federalist's Mollie Heminway declared the winner, conservative writer and former CNN political commentator Jeffrey Lord accepted the award, in jest, on behalf of liberal journalists featured in the Trumpocalypse compilation.
A boisterous crowd of nearly 900 conservatives and guests packed the National Building Museum on Thursday night for the Media Research Center’s 30th Anniversary Gala featuring the 2017 DisHonors Awards. After the audience selected the most outrageous quote in three categories, the crowd singled out Every Single Person We Don’t Like in the Liberal Media for the ultimate “DisHonor” of being the MRC's “Quote of the Year.”
Liberals in the media and Hollywood were outraged after former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer made a guest appearance on stage to poke fun at himself at the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, September 17. Offended journalists from several major media outlets took to Twitter to complain that Spicer’s appearance wasn’t funny in the slightest, but it “normalized” him as a “liar.”
USA Today deputy editorial page editor David Mastio stood out inside the "mainstream media" for taking exception to GQ commentator Keith Olbermann calling Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos a "motherf----r" on Twitter in the midst of Hurricane Harvey. Mastio forced an apology out of Olbermann when no one else in the media elite had written a word about the attack. He suggested the "Gentleman's Quarterly" concept in GQ had clearly vanished.
Once a woman-hating blowhard, always a woman-hating blowhard. Keith Olbermann, the "new" face of the Democratic resistance on Conde Nast's digital video platform, is the same old foul-mouthed beast he was on cable TV. Over the weekend, the former MSNBC frother went berserk over Trump Education Secretary Betsy DeVos's anodyne call for prayers "for all those in the path of #HurricaneHarvey" and her promise to "assist impacted schools."
LGBT activists love bashing and hating the other side, ironically for the sake of ‘“love.” On August 29, according to USA Today, over 150 evangelical leaders signed a statement, outlined by the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, which affirmed that “homosexual immorality” and approval of it is “sinful.” The signers included Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, as well as other members of President Trump’s evangelical advisory board.
First, it was almost seven solid months of 24/7 Russia Russia Russia blasting from the mainstream media. Recently that vanished to be replaced by a new MSM theme, Racist Racist Racist. And after President Donald Trump's rally on Tuesday in Phoenix, it has morphed into Crazy Crazy Crazy. Only the most fringe elements out there are continuing to place their faith in Trump leaving office because of supposed collusion with the Russians. That is so first half of 2017.
