A suicide just happened. Somewhere out there, maybe down the street or across town or in the next state, someone just took their own life. By the time you finish reading this, someone else will be in their final moments before taking their life. One hundred thirty-two times today, someone in the United States is going to commit suicide.

Everybody loves Christmas music. Christmas songs stir memories and help us feel reflective or festive. Artists keep recording them, and every year they make the charts. But very few new songs have anything to do with the birth of Jesus Christ.

HBO Max's new series, Santa Inc., may be one of the nastiest, most hate-filled Christmas series ever. It has also managed to score some of the lowest audience ratings ever on both IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes, but star Seth Rogen is bizarrely blaming the series' failure on "white supremacists."

Just in time for the holidays, Netflix released the fifth and final season of the vile animated “comedy” F is for Family on November 25 and, sadly, the show is still as unfunny and disturbing as ever. In addition to the usual Catholic-bashing, foul language, and sexualization of children, the show added new subjects such as the occult and woke, anti-cop sentiment.

Oh, the irony! On Thanksgiving Day, HBO Max brought back something we’re very much not thankful for - three more episodes of the raunchy, graphic, and perverted Gossip Girl reboot. This time the show managed to mix Christianity with its smut, featuring a threesome in a chapel in front of a crucifix and a main character’s gay dad dating a reverend.

The TV adaptation of Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol on Peacock has come to an end and, while it had managed not to offend Christians for most of the season, being based on a Brown novel, it couldn’t help itself in the season finale.

In light of the state banning abortions once an unborn baby’s heartbeat can be detected in September, The Washington Post published two articles this week that profiled Texas women who run Christian, pro-life charities. To many pro-lifers, it was surprising and welcome coverage of the good works of a crisis pregnancy center and a maternity ranch, Catholic and evangelical, respectively…

It sounded like a scripture study on CNN's New Day as Never Trumper David Frum quoted the prophet Isaiah in urging Americans to fight back against Trump. "Whom shall I send?" said the Lord. Isaiah said "Send me!"

ABC’s new drama Queens has really had it out for Christians and the Catholic Church since its premiere. Apparently, the show’s writers really dislike Christian “restrictions.” You know, the ones that God Himself created for us and outlined in the Bible. But leave it to liberal Hollywood to think they know better than God.

The Washington Post predictably put a puff piece on a "non-binary" teenage witch on the front page of the Halloween Sunday paper under the headline "Inside the practices of a teenage witch: Young Americans are seeking spirituality and higher truth -- outside of institution and scripture."
