Amid the Legacy Media’s willful omission of Patty Morin’s brutal reconstruction of the timeline of her daughter’s murder at the White House Briefing Room, we get a glimmer of intellectual honesty: Telemundo correspondent Lourdes Hurtado asserting inconvenience at having to note Morin’s presence to begin with.

The Legacy Media continue their disgusting advocacy on behalf of Kilmar Abrego García, the illegal alien and documented MS-13 gangbanger deported to El Salvador and detained within its notorious CECOT supermax. And they did so while deliberately ignoring gut-wrenching testimony from Rachel Morin’s mother, Patty. 

News of the Trump administration’s demands of Harvard University as a condition of continued access to federal funding broke today, and the liberal institutions are up in arms. The evening network newscasts went in on the story, defending Harvard like it was an illegal alien gangbanger about to get deported to El Salvador.

The network evening newscasts have completely turned themselves over to immigration advocacy, shifting over to a lane often occupied almost exclusively by known immigration advocates Univision and Telemundo. There is no other rational way to explain the blackout, across the legacy dial, of the guilty verdict in the trial of the illegal immigrant charged with killing Maryland mom Rachel Morin…

The deportation of illegal alien and alleged MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego García continues to trigger the Acela Media to the point of derangement. Case in point: the panel at CNN NewsNight with Abby Phillip (A.K.A. the “Thunderdome”), who appear terminally opposed to the idea that the United States should enforce her own borders.

Rare is the instance where you see blue-on-blue crime on the Legacy Media’s Sunday shows, but Politico’s Jonathan Martin gives us that rare outlier, in reaction to Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s face-shielding hijinks at The White House. In so doing, Martin hearkened back to another classic own-goal.

Elite Acela journalist Jon Karl showed his true colors during an exchange with Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick over the reshoring of American industry. In response to Lutnick’s remarks on the national security component of the tariffs levied against China, Karl questioned whether America would go back to being “a nation of cobblers.”  

An inflation report coming in lower than expected with a core inflation number under 3 for the first time since the pandemic would have drawn elated A-block coverage across the “legacy” evening news. But a similar report at the outset of Trump II? Not so much.

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is on an epic run: making people soil themselves at national parks, getting people eaten by bears, and even ruining spring itself. Now, according to CBS News, DOGE will also make you catch Ebola.

With some of the roadblocks to the prosecution of the second failed would-be assassin of President Donald Trump removed, the shocking details of his plot are revealed. And for some strange reason, NBC News has still not aired any of the shocking details on their television offerings.

CNN’s Thunderdome, more commonly referred to as NewsNight with Abby Phillip, was particularly lively tonight. Given the issue array, there was bound to be fireworks. And sure enough, there were.

Another heinous crime perpetrated by an illegal alien has entered the public discourse: a soccer coach is alleged to have sexually assaulted and murdered a California teenaged boy. And the media are once again having a hard time reporting on the immigration status of the accused murderer.

Tonight, the Supreme Court of the United States granted the Trump administration’s venue-based challenge of a U.S. District Court ruling barring deportations of illegal aliens suspected to be Tren de Aragua, pursuant to the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. Except for Univision, the story received a total blackout among “legacy media” evening newscasts.

As predictable as the sun rising in the East: the media’s silence in the face of President Joe Biden’s evident cognitive decline is met with a deluge of books, by some of those same media types, chronicling that decline in detail.
