Facebook seems very selective about disciplining users that violate its policies.

Fox News is boycotting Twitter for allowing a violent antifa group to dox and threaten host Tucker Carlson. Twitter suspended Smash Racism DC, the group responsible for protesting in front of Carlson’s house and allegedly threatening his wife, after the page was reported for doxxing. However, Smash Racism DC is still live on Instagram and Facebook.

Smash Racism even posted about Fox’s boycott of Twitter. The group also accused Carlson of lying, posting a ThinkProgress article about the day that they assembled on Carlson’s front lawn. The post was captioned, “It’s no surprise when Tucker lies.”

Another post from earlier in October is a quote from Twitter user Laura Michet, who wrote, “it’s not true that yelling at a politician in a public place is some kind of shocking inappropriate thing perverting our politics. Sometimes you gotta go to the Tear Your Mayor’s House Apart with Your Bare Hands Zone...frankly our “””””forefathers””””” would be very surprised that we haven’t gone to mitch mcconnell’s house and literally ripped it apart and thrown the pieces in a river.” Smash Racism DC posted this with the caption, “Whose house is first?” The post is still on Facebook.

In September, Smash Racism posted videos of the group harassing Senator Ted Cruz. One post said, “fuck civility, fight now.” Another had a manifesto written on it, saying, “While our disruption does not compare in scale to the disruptions his actions as a Senator have had on millions of American lives, we hope that it reminds Cruz and others like him that they are not safe from the people they have hurt. This is a message to Ted Cruz, Brett Kavanaugh, Donald Trump and the rest of the racist, sexist, transphobic, and homophobic right-wing scum: You are not safe. We will find you. We will expose you. We will take from you the peace you have taken from so many others.”

Smash Racism DC is also live on Instagram. A post where the group tells Carlson that he is “not safe” is still up. Instagram is a sister company of Facebook.
