Twitter CENSORS NewsBusters Vice President After Quoting Celebrity

Twitter has censored a high ranking member of the Media Research Center after he quoted a celebrity’s hateful remarks against conservative politicians.

Big Tech tyrants can’t stand conservative commentators showing how terrible modern liberals can act. MRC Vice President for Research and Publications Brent Baker (@BrentHBaker) announced to The Media Research Center office on the morning of Oct. 29 that he had been suspended for 12 hours for quoting celebrities' televised statements on conservative politicians in a tweet: "Playing 'shag, marry or banish to an island,' .@ChelseaHandler called .@TedCruz 'a scumbag' and, as for @senatemajldr Mitch McConnell, 'hopefully he’d have a heart attack and then we’d be done with him.' #LateLateShow"

Twitter told Baker that his post quoting American actress Chelsea Handler had violated Twitter’s “rules against abuse and harassment.” Twitter told Baker: “You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm.”

Baker’s post was not wishing anyone harm. He had simply quoted a celebrity.

After deleting the tweet quoting Handler, he began his 12-hour timed suspension.

Baker posted later from the NewsBusters Picks account: Sending tweets from my personal account has been blocked because I apparently violated the rules ‘against abuse and harassment’ by quoting what .@ChelseaHandler said on the #LateLateShow about .@TedCruz and @senatemajldr Mitch McConnell. Watch the video to see what she said.”

Twitter has a history of censoring conservative commentators and entire news outlets  in order to protect liberals.

In an explosive scandal released by the New York Post on October 14, purported emails from Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter reportedly exposed the alleged illicit dealings of both father and son in Russia-neighboring Ukraine. The story claimed emails were found from a Ukrainian executive Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, thanking Hunter Biden for the opportunity to meet his father, former Vice President Joe Biden in Washington D.C.

Twitter responded by disabling the link to the story, claiming: “Warning: this link may be unsafe.” Twitter then censored the Post, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, the Trump Campaign, and even the House Judiciary (a part of the United States government) for sharing the story.
