OMISSION ROUNDUP: Nets HIDE Texas Democrat Antisemite, Violent Anti-ICE Mob in New Jersey

May 28th, 2026 12:50 PM

As is always the case with the Elitist Media evening news, what doesn’t make it to air at least as important, and sometimes more so, than what gets shown to viewers. A couple of recent stories further prove this to be true.

The smoke has mostly cleared from the Texas primary runoff, with most of the media’s focus on the GOP Senate race, wherein Attorney General Ken Paxton defeated incumbent Senator John Cornyn. But there was another race that many had their eyes on despite zero coverage on the evening news. In fact, NBC’s Steve Kornacki deemed it to be the “big story” of Primary Night:

STEVE KORNACKI: Full transparency, we’re in a situation here where the big story tonight was… resolved in five seconds. I can’t get over how fast that happened.

What was this “big story” that didn’t make the evening news? That one of the Democrat candidates for Texas’ 35th Congressional District was a virulent antisemite. Per CBS News:

In an Instagram post last week, (Maureen) Galindo wrote that she will "turn Karnes ICE Detention Center into a prison for American Zionists and former ICE officers for human trafficking. (It will also be a castration processing center for pedophiles which will probably be most of the Zionists)."

Galindo wrote in the same post — referring to herself in the third person — that "when Maureen gets into Congress, she'll write legislation so that all Zionism and support of Zionism is undoubtedly Anti-Semitic, since it's Zionists harming the Semites."

Her social media feed also includes attacks on "billionaire Zionists," and a suggestion that "Zionist associated candidates and politicians" deserve "treason trials."

Galindo was quickly destroyed in the runoff, hence Kornacki’s “five seconds” crack. But here is yet another instance of the Elitist Media suppressing network TV coverage of virulent antisemites when it is politically inconvenient to do so, as is the case with Herr Oystergruppenführer Graham Platner of Maine. Galindo drew zero seconds across the broadcast evening news, despite CBS, NBC, and ABC running items on her. The omission of Galindo’s “big story” was a deliberate choice.

Another such story is the violent mob protesting outside the Delaney Hall immigration detention center outside Newark, New Jersey, which has already launched attacks against federal agents. Per The New York Post:

Anti-ICE “rioters” allegedly blasted federal immigration officers with a chemical substance during a raucous protest that erupted Tuesday outside a Newark immigration detention center for the fifth straight day.

The riotous overnight clash exploded outside Delaney Hall when violent agitators sprayed federal officers with an unknown chemical agent as authorities tried to quell the chaos outside the facility, according to Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin.

Shocking footage showed mobs of masked, keffiyeh-clad rabble-rousers squaring off with dozens of ICE agents, blocking vehicles and causing mayhem outside the detention center.

Here is yet another instance where mobs that are well-funded and organized conduct violent resistance operations against federal law enforcement, with little to no coverage from the Elitist Media. One suspects that they are perhaps waiting for a harsh response in return to the gassing and other violent tactics, in order to make that the story, thus Trumpwashing continuous leftwing violence.

These omissions serve as a reminder that if it weren’t for double standards, there’d be none at all.
