Cafferty: Bush 'Hypocrite' For Questioning Human Rights in China

On Thursday's edition of CNN's The Situation Room, pundit commentator, Jack Cafferty called President Bush a hypocrite for "lecturing" Chinese President Hu about human rights. Cafferty blames President Bush for several human rights violations he has deemed, including the Patriot Act.

CAFFERTY: Wolf, how hypocritical can you get? There's President Bush lecturing the president of China about human rights. Now, granted, China has a very long way to go in granting freedom to its citizens. But who is President Bush to lecture anybody about human rights? Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, the Patriot Act, prisoners being sent to other countries for interrogation, allegations of torture, enemy combatants being held indefinitely without being charged or being given access to a lawyer, wiretapping Americans telephones without a warrant, in clear violation of the law that says you have to have one. What's that old line from the Bible, let he who is without sin cast the first stone?
