Trevor Noah Mocks Trump Tweets with a Presidential Tweet Library

We have all borne witness to the onslaught of tacky “art” displays over the past two years that are created with the sole purpose to depict President Trump as a grave problem to the future of the country. Never one to miss out on a chance to bash President Trump, Comedy Central’s Daily Show host Trevor Noah unveiled his plans Thursday Night to join in on this trend with a “Presidential Tweet Library” opening in Washington D.C.

The mockery of a Presidential Library features a plethora of insulting and degrading displays. Noah began his explanation of the exhibit by pretending to address President Trump. “Hi, Donald. We don't talk anymore. How are the kids? Disappointments? Anyway, I-- I wanted to extend an invitation to help you get your Twitter groove back.”

Noah proceeded to detail the specifics of the Tweet Library, “It's an interactive experience where visitors can bask in your collective wisdom, commemorate your deleted tweets, and get a selfie with covfefe. They can even sit on your golden throne to simulate the true presidential tweeting experience.”

Many viewers must have assumed the stunt was a joke, seeing as late- night hosts in the liberal media compete with each other on a nightly basis for who can fill their show with the most Trump- hating segments. However, it was revealed at the end of the video the “library” is indeed real and will be on display in Washington D.C on June 14-16.

The display has garnered praise and delight from fellow members of the liberal media. Replete with the Washington Post gleefully mentioning the new addition to the exhibit  “Melania Trump: Trying To Help." It aims to mock the First Lady’s initiative to end cyberbullying.

TREVOR NOAH: But here's my theory, maybe Trump has been working so hard on making America great again, that he hasn't had time to make his Twitter great again. And here at the The Daily Show, we can't allow that. Which is why we want to help him remember how amazing his Twitter can be. So if I could address the President directly for a second, I'll be back. Hi, Donald. We don't talk anymore. How are the kids? Disappointments?

Anyway, I-- I wanted to extend an invitation to help you get your Twitter groove back. The Daily Show is bringing The Daily Show presents, The Donald J. Trump Presidential Twitter library to Washington, D.C. Where everyone can visit and relive all of your greatest works. It's an interactive experience where visitors can bask in your collective wisdom, commemorate your deleted tweets, and get a selfie with covfefe. They can even sit on your golden throne to simulate the true presidential tweeting experience. The library will be free and open to the public next weekend, June 14-16, and the best part is, it's right around the corner from the White House. So, Mr. President, why not take a break from your empty schedule and stop by. We'll be right back.
