In an interview spanning the last 30 minutes of Wednesday’s Tucker Carlson Tonight, Megyn Kelly returned to television for the first time since NBC News cut ties with her and, appearing on her old home Fox News, Kelly lambasted the liberal media in the second half of the interview for their rampant, anti-Trump bias with a “hyperfocus on impeachment.” Carlson pivoted to “the state of journalism today” from NBC’s horrid state of affairs over their attempted squashing of Ronan Farrow’s 2017 bombshell on Harvey Weinstein and the Matt Lauer sexual misconduct scandal.

I wrote the book on the Obama administration’s “Culture of Corruption” 10 years ago, including a thick and sordid chapter on the Beltway swamp creatures of the Biden family. See-no-evil liberals scoffed at my catalogue of back-scratching, shady Delaware deals and Wall Street funny money: What nepotism? What ethical lapses? What corruption? Now, Hunter Biden himself, the youngest son of former Vice President and Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden, finally admitted this week what Daddy's pooh-poohing pals have long (publicly) denied: “I don't think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in my life if my last name wasn't Biden,” Hunter confessed on ABC's “Good Morning America” Tuesday.

Over the past three years CNN has branded itself as the network that is fearless in its drive to speak truth to power and that is unafraid to call an apple and apple and a banana a banana. Unless that power be a Democrat, then it as if they are walking on eggshells, as CNN Newsroom co-host Poppy Harlow illustrated on Wednesday as she interviewed Symone Sanders, press secretary for the Biden campaign.

On Wednesday, ABC’s Good Morning America hyped an odd highlight from Tuesday night’s Democratic debate, hailing New Jersey Senator Cory Booker for denouncing a question to rival Joe Biden about Hunter Biden’s suspicious foreign business dealings.

On her Monday show, MSNBC Live host Katy Tur theorized that the future of Facebook as a company is very much up in the air. The latest controversy surrounding the social media company? CEO Mark Zuckerberg dared to talk to conservatives and yield to Elizabeth Warren's demands.

On Monday’s edition of the noontime Inside Politics program on CNN, AP Washington Bureau Chief Julie Pace used an odd word to describe Hunter Biden's exploitation of his father's last name to make money in foreign countries like Ukraine and China. She called it “confusing.”

On The View Tuesday, in the absence of co-host Joy Behar, it was Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin’s turns to make ridiculous statements. While discussing Hunter Biden’s disastrous interview on ABC this morning, Hostin tried to make the case that Biden was actually qualified for the lucrative Ukraine gas company position, and it wasn’t a result of his father’s influence. On the other hand, Whoopi argued that Democrats needed to focus on the economy, instead in tonight’s debate, and convince Americans how they’re going to help lower their taxes. Sounds like Whoopi needs to switch parties.

During a panel discussion about the 2020 campaign on Tuesday’s CBS This Morning, hosts and political analysts agreed that Hunter Biden’s interview with ABC News wasn’t doing his father’s presidential candidacy any favors and might even give President Trump more ammunition against Joe Biden.

Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President and 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden, gave an exclusive interview to ABC’s Amy Robach Tuesday, excerpts of which were shown on Good Morning America. Robach surprisingly held Biden’s feet to the fire over his cushy job with a Ukranian gas company while his father was Vice President, for a large part of the interview. However, that dissolved into a gooey sympathy piece about how mean President Trump was hurting Biden’s sobriety, finally culminating with Biden crying on camera about how much he loved America.

On Sunday evening and Monday morning, network broadcasts on NBC, ABC, and CBS celebrated Joe Biden “fighting back” against President Trump’s efforts to “weaponize” suspicious foreign business deals by the former Vice President’s son. Reporters also touted Hunter Biden’s pledge to quit the board of a Chinese-backed company as an attempt “to rob the President of a key talking point.”

The fact that the CIA whistleblower had a “professional tie” to Joe Biden still hasn’t garnered any interest on the network morning and evening newscasts. Three and a half days after it was first reported by The Washington Examiner, ABC, CBS and NBC yawned at the story. Examiner writers Rob Crilly, Steven Nelson, and David Drucker on Thursday night explained:

On Friday's MTP Daily on MSNBC, host Chuck Todd offered a pompous commentary on how he was refusing to show what he thought was the worst of President Trump's Thursday night rally in Minneapolis. Todd made it sound like it was beyond the pale to criticize Rep. Ilhan Omar, or Hunter Biden. Andrew Klavan tweeted "I for one feel so safe now that@chucktodd is protecting me from hearing the news."
