In the past couple of days, the White House correspondent for the taxpayer-funded PBS NewsHour, Yamiche Alcindor, has been throwing around accusations of racism not only against a "large majority" of Donald Trump supporters who fear a "browning of America," but also against the U.S. generally, claiming that minorities are not "treated as equal citizens."

On Wednesday's Morning Joe, MSNBC again demonstrated that it's the place that has no problem with having left-wing guests who have a history of using incendiary race rhetoric as "anti-racism" scholar Ibram X. Joe Scarborough goes on one of his patented rants against Rand Paul, accusing him 17 times of "lying" or being a "liar." At the end of his rant, Scarborough bemoans the fact that senators can't be "sanctioned" for lying. 

On Monday morning, the anti-conservative echo chamber of MSNBC's Morning Joe again spewed vitriol at President Donald Trump and his supporters, with MSNBC contributor Donny Deutsch predicting the President will return to a "maggot-infested place," and host Joe Scarborough invoking the Jim Jones suicide cult while fretting over evangelical Christian support for the President.

On Morning Joe, a shameless Joe Scarborough peddles a debunked story, saying, "I heard you had Mein Kampf by your bedside."

The New Yorker's Steve Coll unashamedly presented free speech as a threat to journalism during an interview on Monday's Morning Joe show.

On Morning Joe, Mika Brzezinski finds the news that Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis has contracted COVID funny, joking [if that's what you call it]: "There are now more Trump attorneys with COVID than they have election challenge wins." Later, when Never Trumper Michael Steele imagines President Trump ranting at a President Biden "in his underwear," Mika finds the image "nauseating."

Democrats have made it clear throughout 2020 that they don’t like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, but MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski took things a step further Monday on Morning Joe when she began lobbying for his arrest.

Nine times in a Morning Joe segment today [view the mash-up!], President Trump was accused, by reason of his challenges to the election results, of staging a "coup." The panel sprinkled in several mentions of "strongman," "fascist," "dictator," and "autocrat" for good measure.

Morning Joe's got a bad case of nostalgia for the good old days of the liberal media's near-total control over the news.
