On Friday, NewsBusters reported Salon editor Joan Walsh saying on MSNBC's Hardball, "I didn’t think it was possible to get lower than Andrew Breitbart, but his spawn have."

In a piece marvelously titled "Is It Possible to Get Lower Than Joan Walsh?" Twitchy reported moments ago that this sparked a new hashtag on Twitter:

Yesterday on “Hardball,” cowardly grave-spitter Joan Walsh delighted in bashing the late Andrew Breitbart.

In response, the Twitterverse suggested #ThingsLowerThanJoanWalsh. Unsurprisingly, those things are really, really low.

Indeed. They include but are not limited to:

  • The Main Stream Media's integrity
  • The Earth's core
  • The number of mammograms given by Planned Parenthood
  • The guy selling Reagan's blood
  • Alec Baldwin
  • Going on the Al Sharpton Show.

As for Walsh, her only response to all the attention her attack on Breitbart has gotten her is the following tweet:

I'd like to see some evidence of that - how about you?
