Vance Is Doing What Many Conservatives Wish: Confronting the Vipers in Their Pit

Vice President Vance doesn’t need our advice on how to handle the cackling coven, but he might enjoy throwing some data in their faces, and the MRC bleed data:

They’ve claimed at least four times that Trump stole the 2024 election.

Just since Vance took office, they’ve told their audience that Trump is deporting American-born citizens who he doesn’t like, he’s going to try to outlaw interracial marriage (look out, Usha!),

Trump RX is giving people tainted drugs, and Trump is going to steal the midterm elections somehow.

They had on 128 liberal guests last year, but only two conservative guests, one of whom was Marjorie Taylor Greene when she was already feuding with Trump. The other one was Cheryl Hines, who isn’t even really a conservative; she’s just married to RFK Jr.

The View continues to be the undisputed #1 daytime talk show with an average of 2.638 million viewers and a 1.79 rating in the key demographic. That’s bigger than NBC’s Today Third Hour, Jenna & Sheinelle, and NBC News Daily combined. Remarkably, their 2.6 million viewers even blow past much of the cable news competition — including in the prized 25-54 demo. These numbers prove they’re not fading away anytime soon.

With nearly 2.7 million people tuning in daily, The View isn’t just surviving — it’s thriving as a major force in shaping daytime conversations. While other shows struggle, they’re pulling in an audience that most cable programs can only dream of. This isn’t niche programming; it’s mainstream reach that gives them staying power other outlets simply don’t have.

Unlike late-night comedy shows that rely almost entirely on shaky ad revenue, The View is highly profitable through diversified income. They have ‘View Your Deal’ — pushing discounted lifestyle, beauty, and home products directly to viewers. They also secure sponsorships from hotels for studio audiences, plus paid segments from medical device makers, health companies, and even lab-grown diamond brands. Bottom line: they make serious bank, which is why they’re going nowhere.

MRC Flashback Exposes ABC’s The View Claiming Vance Plotted to Assassinate Trump

The Media Research Center highlighted ABC’s The View hosts accusing J.D. Vance and Elon Musk of plotting to murder President Trump by pushing him down the stairs.

Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar suggested Vance and Musk were planning to take over after getting rid of Trump.

The View co-hosts labeled Vance a sociopathic liar and mocked his name as standing for juvenile delinquent.

MRC research documented The View blaming Trump and Vance for assassination attempts while ignoring left-wing rhetoric.

MRC Calls Out Washington Post for Gushing over Ms. Rachel’s Crusade against ICE

The Media Research Center exposed The Washington Post’s glowing coverage of children’s educator Ms. Rachel lobbying on Capitol Hill against ICE family detention.

The Post featured a large front-page photo and headline portraying Ms. Rachel as a hero delivering letters and drawings from children in ICE custody.

MRC noted the Post pushed activist claims of cruelty against babies and toddlers while downplaying security needs at detention facilities.

The Washington Post celebrated Ms. Rachel’s activism on immigration alongside her previous controversial stances on Gaza and other issues.

MRC Exposes Apple and Google Twisting Trump Victories in GOP Primaries

The MRC revealed that Apple News, Google News, MSN, and Yahoo News heavily favored left-leaning sources in coverage of Republican primaries.

Apple and Google pushed negative framing of Trump-backed wins as retribution and defeats for the GOP.

The Big Four News Apps sourced 80 percent of primary stories from hostile left-leaning outlets while silencing right-leaning perspectives.

MRC research documented the exclusion of at least 20 relevant stories from conservative outlets over the first 100 days of primaries.
