CBS News contributor and Republican pollster Frank Luntz convened a focus group on Hillary Clinton that aired on Friday’s CBS This Morning and while many expressed their frustration with the possible 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, Luntz failed to mention both Clinton’s email scandal and questions surrounding the Clinton Foundation. As opposed to asking about these important stories, Luntz blamed his focus group for not bringing them up and instead threw softball questions at them concenring Bill and Hillary Clinton and Hillary’s qualifications to be president.

After ABC and NBC failed to cover a front-page story in The Washington Post on Thursday morning about ethics questions surrounding the Clinton Foundation, their evening news counterparts continued the blackout by showing no interest in this story -- yet allocated nearly six minutes to efforts to catch two runaway llamas in Arizona.

The “big three” of ABC, CBS, and NBC each devoted full segments on their Wednesday evening newscasts to a speech given by possible 2016 Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush in Chicago and how the former Florida Governor would be the latest member of the Bush family dynasty to run for president. In focusing on the dynasty angle, however, ABC and NBC failed to even note that Hillary Clinton’s possible Democratic presidential run would make her the second Clinton to occupy the Oval Office.

ABC’s David Muir Continues Network Fawning Over Clinton Baby; Hillary ‘Trying Her Hand at Lullabies’

Muir also took particular interest in how Hillary spends her time with the newest member of the Clinton family, remarking that Hillary has been “trying her hand at lullabies” and then joked that “we want the video of that.”

The delusion is strong with this one.
On Friday's Morning Joe program on what remains of MSNBC, Al Sharpton, completely ignoring how late appearances in Maryland and Illinois by President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle coincided with significant deterioration in the situations of Democratic Party gubernatorial candidates in Maryland and Illinois, blamed Bill and Hillary Clinton, and not the Obamas, for Tuesday's Democratic debacle.

Politico seems to have the distinction of publishing the most awkwardly hilarious story headline title of this political campaign season: "Bill Clinton Plugs Kay Hagan in N.C.." If that did not put at least a smile on your face if not cause a belly laugh, it sure had that effect on a lot of people including readers of the Politico article as well as folks on Twitter. To make matters worse, or funnier, the story was accompanied with a photo of Clinton and Hagan with the latter wearing a blue dress.
Thomas Roberts, Sam Stein Defend Hillary's War on Bill's Women: Just a 'Spouse' Dealing with a 'Personal Family Matter'

The topic was the way that Hillary orchestrated the trashing of Bill's many women. Joe Scarborough argued forcefully that this should be remembered when as a presidential candidate she rails against the "war on women."
But there was HuffPo's Sam Stein, dismissing Hillary's calculated campaign against Monica Lewinsky as merely a "personal family matter." Then it was the turn of MSNBC's own Thomas Roberts to cover for Hillary. Roberts argued that despite her powerful position as First Lady of Arkansas and later of the United States, Hillary was simply a "spouse" who wasn't on a government "payroll."
